I think what your hearing isn't that the Ravens are bad but that...

The Ravens have played down to the high expectations that were levied upon them at the beginning of the season. (Not that they've played horrible but just saying the Ravens were a Superbowl favorite at season start)

Meanwhile the Steelers have played above the average expectations that were set for them, especially with Ben out for the first 4 games.

That's why it seems biased but Im pretty sure no one said any team is greater than the other, just that they have played to different expectations so far.

Not really. Steelers aren't even getting the 3 point home favorite. The fact the Steelers are favored only by a point means this game is pretty much a pick em.
