Joe is Bad. Its that simple. Over the last 4 games, even Manning would have been benched with play like that. He is not a come from behind QB who can run the 2 min and win the game. He is a game manager , its that simple.

Joe has so many flaws in both his fundementals and his decision making abilty it makes me laugh when people blindly defend him. How about you try and be objective. Vick would be a proven upgrade who is still young (30) and brings another dynamic to the game. He is not a overplayed QB (rested since 2006) who is a proven winner. He is about as much of a criminal as Ray Lewis or Jamal lewis is, if you even consider what they did to be a crime against society. He is hungry and wants to EARN back what was lost from stupid decisions. I am not saying throw the checkbook at him but to say its a joke to consider it, is laughable. At the end of the day, the FO needs to put the best product on the field that has the highest probability of winning. Vick would without a doubt be a greater asset to this team then Mr. Flacco.

I'm not gonna argue with you, because arguing on the Internet is just about as wasteful as you can be with your time without actively sawing off your own limbs. I'm just gonna say that if you read my posts, you'll see that I've never been a starry-eyed Flacco fanboy. I admit he has faults. Frankly, we all do - that's indisputable.

But honestly, giving up on him after two games doesn't make you smarter than the rest of us, or some kind of misunderstood football guru. It just means that you don't have any faith in a guy who's been nothing but good for us for the past two years. That's just [i]wrong[/i].

How is he a proven upgrade? He's led his team to the playoffs twice. So has Joe. He is an acomplished runner, but that is about the only place where he is a "Definite" upgrade.

Tested positive for marijuana use. Character issues. Enough said.

Has never thrown for over 3000 yards in the NFL. Joe has done it already, in his 2nd year. Seeing as this league has become more pass first, I would say this is a definite plus in Flacco's favor.

QB turnover in the league is already ridiculous this season; there's never been more QB changes this time of year than at any other point in NFL history. Oakland, Carolina, Buffalo, Philadelphia, Detroit, Cleveland, and Pittsburgh are all going through QB woes. Granted, some of them are due to injury, but only Detroit and Pittsburgh were reasonably comfortable with their Week 1 starters before being forced to make a change. That's a decent percentage of the league, and that number could grow if teams like San Francisco, Minnesota, Tennessee, Denver, and Jacksonville, among others, continue to have issues under center.

Really? Manning would've been benched? Why wasn't he benched his rookie year when he threw 28 interceptions? Or even in his fourth year when he threw 23 INTs?

also, where exactly did you get that statistic from? You just made it up, is the correct answer.
