It's not a bad idea. I mean, yes, some bad seeds will still be able to avoid certain measures. But all-in-all, if this is what it takes to keep the Pacman Joneses and Odell Thurmans out of the league (and the league's disciplinary issues out of the public eye), then so be it.

agreed, and it will keep all those Bad Boy Persona's away from the game and put away for another day. Goodell is really turning this league around with what he's doing, and he's hitting teams, coaches, players exc...alot harder to maker sure that they get the message that, the kind of behavior is un acceptable and will NOT be tolerated any longer. and thus fines, suspensions exc are handed out. great move.

i don't mind some nasty attitudes in the game because this is a brutal sport, but as long as it doesn't spill over into the streets and violence amongst the public.

me personally feel as though the "nasty" attitudes need to go, they bring nothing but bad names for the NLF and/or a certain team or players or a combination of both either or.....i do however feel as though this league needs more people like (lets say)..Chad Johnson....because they go out there and have fun....its these types of players that make or draw us fans to watch Football every sunday. they've un expected celebrations and game day "Friendly" trash Talking...is something that really brings certain things into a unique perspective....i mean what would the game be like if there was no Chad Johnson, Terrell Owens and whoever else......my guess....Pretty boring...so we need those types of players out there of whom bring that Comedic point to the stage, while performing at a high standard...
