Favre Hangs Em Up

Greg Jennings was pretty beastly all year.

That may be, but he suffered from a pretty bad case of fumblitis. Must have picked it up from Jamal Lewis.

i think it was a combination effect of everyone working together as a team, in which had the comfort level established to the point where things were really geling with the team and it really did show in their overall performance last season, to which led to the type of year Favre and the Packers (in general) had...much respect!

Word on the streets, Marino is coming back to be the QB for the Dolphins next year, so he can retain his old records. J/K, but what if that happened? lol

I think GB fans are going to go through a number of QBs to get the next Favre. Denver is still going through that phase since Elway left. Some think Cutler can be the answer though.

I wish the best of luck to Favre and his Family. I know he will miss the game, but I think he has a heavy heart to play again.

Well, Cutler did throw some Elway stats last year. He might be the next big QB in the NFL. Denver could be that team to watch out for next season.

Again, Favre said he could play football any given Sunday. It's just getting to Sunday, seems to be the problem. You here him during pregame all the time, telling his teammates, that practicing is useless. He could also be burnt out, with all the workouts and practicing almost everyday.

Cutler really didn't impress me last season. I though he was going to have a really good second year. He had an ok one, but I was expecting a little more.

this is what i am talking about when i say Dont set your Expectations TOO high for your team to reach. because if they dont reach your internal goal you set, thencan lead to let downs and whatever else.

but back on topic here...Favre i would expect to be some what in involved in the football world. it may be with the packers team eventaully it may not, but im leaning more so along the lines of becoming a Broadcaster for a sports net work or even the NFL network or something....Not right away though..over a period of time, he'll feel the itch to get back into the groove of football and becoming a Analyst or something of that nature, kind of feeds that longing. and hunger.
