Yes, but the calls on the Bengals were legit and more or less meaningless. Ours were crucial, game-altering plays.

Yeah, it was strongly reminiscent of the first game against Cincy last season.

The Steelers are the best team in the division, and they don't even have Big Ben yet.

I feel sick to my stomach.....

They're already hard to beat. I can easily see them going 4-0 without Ben.

All I can say is, Flacco is not ready for the big boy's offense. The really painful part is the defense "AGAIN" is off the chain, even the secondary did at a very good job againist Chad & T.O.
And it was not offensive line(Flacco had time to throw on several key plays), wasn't the refs( yea we got stuck with two bad calls, but most penalties were on Cincy), it wasn't that he had no one to throw to. The blame for this loss lies with Flacco...he simply is not ready for primetime. The last two seasons the defense, Todd Heap and Ray Rice has covered up his lack of ability to run the offense.

It's time for to try BULGER

We really need to make some kind of adjustment before we play that D. At least our D is stepping up.

They need more than a mere adjustment, they need to make enormous changes.

That defense will assassinate Flacco and company if some major changes aren't made. This defense is far better than the Jets IMO. Troy is clearly the best safety in the NFL.

Forget safeties, not many player can make such a huge difference on a team. Without him, this is the same D from last year. Which was nothing too special.

As much as I want to hold Flacco accountable for this offensive debacle, he wasn't calling the plays. Everytime Flacco was under center, if Ray Rice was on the field he got the ball. What happened to the 3-headed monster? Ray Rice is a beast. Doesn't seem fair that he alone was expected to carry the offense. There was no passing game against Cincy's corners. Why not utilize McClain and McGahee more?

I think it was a good game for me to not watch. I would've been upset the whole time and it probably would've made my day bad. Oh well bad games happen. Let's see what next week brings.

I will give you that much to say the play calling sucked, but regardless Flacco couldn't even execute the damn plays that were being called!!!

Yes the O-line didn't block that good today and Oher got beat on a few plays; but Flacco has time to take his 5 step drop and pump fake 2 times he has plenty of time to get rid of the ball. His problem is he still cannot read defenses or make it through his progressions; I've been saying it way before pre-season and every one says i'm just a hater - blv me i want Flacco to do good and lead this team, but he needs to stop locking on his receivers.

Yes Cincy got 6 pts off of bad calls what happened with the other 9 points? The D did great holding them to field goals but when your offense can't put points on the board you lose and that is what happened today!!!

I'm not calling for Flacco's head but something has got to change and change quick. Even if they light up the Browns it won't be enough cause well it's the Browns...

IT's time for Flacco to man up people anyone who doesn't believe it now needs to put the purple kool-aid down!!!!

I knew after watching the Jets game that our offensive play-calling was going to be as bad as ever.

I'm fed up of seeing ways to attack a defense and counter what they're doing and seeing our offensive game plan remain the same. The best co-ordinators adjust what they do to the Defense, or makes it bend to their whim. Cam Cameron does neither.

Now, he's not solely to blame. The offensive line was shakey and their display is giving Gaither tremendous leverage. Flacco looked lost, again. I don't like to bash him but, sometimes, he just doesn't look up to it. He doesn't play well in big games and that's a problem which you can't really correct. When he gets flustered he reverts to all his poor rookie tendencies.

This game showed that despite having one of the most talented offensive arsenals in the NFL that we can't produce like the most talented offenses in the NFL can.
