I See Ray Still Has It

93 posts in this topic

after the game, Steve Young was interviewing Ray and said," I want to play with you, be in the locker room with you,and be on your team".
A nice tribute to the greatest LB EVER!!!
Go Ray!
Go Ravens!

Not too pretty, but we got it done!

Every Year people say Ray lost a step... yet every time Ray proves them wrong... and at 35 years old is still making big plays and big time hits on players.

At 40 Years old.... he'll still be making big plays and still delivering big time hits on players. Ray is the Favre of MLBs.... minus The Drama Favre brings.

Ray Ray was still hyped and angry after the win. I think he was asking Harbs if they could play Cincy tonight too, he was ready for a damned double header! LOL Y'all know the rest of the world hates on the Ravens. Just enjoy the ride!

Ray Lewis my boy, I wanted you to come out and just beast on the Jets Oline and on Sanchez, he ate a block for JJ to spring free on a blitz, blew up Keller with the cleanest hit ever just straight power, and on 3rd and 3 you took on Richardson face up in the hole, knocked him backwards and caused LT to just straight up fall over. People thought all you cared about was your own accolades, and that you would never take on a FB for someone else to make a play...pffft. And in the process you came with that 2000-2003 fire just talking mad crap on the field and letting dudes know you was coming, and coming all night long.

I only noticed the Terminator once in the game, and it was because the announcers called it out. That very same play, Ray ate the fullback's block and stopped them for no gain. So much for him running over defenders.

He got terminated! LOL. These New Jersey Jets fans are rediculous. Ray sucks, huh? Ask Keller how much he sucks.

I was watching the game with a buddy of mine who's a big Viking fan, his eyes lit up on that play and was speechless after I reminded him that it was Richardson. That play and Ngata's sack were IMO the biggest plays of the game for the defense. Rays hit on Kellar though was a jump out of your chair moment and go "OHHHHHHHH!!!!".

Was a straight up fight this game. Ray is the Tyson of Football.

Rays job is so much more important than just making plays. Hes a real life hero, and role model and an example of what true passion looks like. Much is required of him, and very few people can do what he does.

Dudes, i made this account just to post about how much of a BEAST i think Ray Lewis is. This guy is the biggest defensive game changing play maker i have ever seen.. He just absolutely blows plays up and just has the most amazing defensive vision and awareness i have ever seen out of a linebacker.. up there with Lawrence Taylor and Junior Seau but has the power of both of those guys combined in one player.. You guys have probably the best Linebacker to ever play the game and when his career is done i have a feeling he will be. Ill never forget that play last year he made on Darren Sproles on the goal line when he shot like 10 yards into our backfield to make a huge solo tackle and just absolutely shut every charger fans mouth and left everyone there with a dumbfounded look wondering " what the heck just happened" lol.. Props to that beast you guys call Ray Lewis..

You hear people saying that Patrick Willis is now the #1 ML in the nfl. Ray Lewis proved tonite that Patrick Willis is not #1 ! 15 years in the league and playing like he's in his first year , dude is awesome! Our offense did well going up against the #1 defense in the nfl. Our "D" looked brilliant all nite! The playing calling was good but it could have been better. Joe is good, he just needs to stop putting so much air underneathe the ball and get it too the receiver downfield. Once he takes care of that Joe will be the best QB in the League !

Ray never lost it. He may have slowed a bit, but he still makes critical plays. His wisdom of the game has certainly made up for any speed he may have lost.

Man we appreciate the luv u showing Ray ! U mentioned two of my all time favorite linebackers in ur statement. Juniour Seau was a beast when he played. I also enjoyed watching Mike Singletary. But Ray is special. I remember that play last year when he hit Sproles. Dat was freakin awesome ! Everyone in Baltimore stood up. He's our leader, a true leader! Last nite he proved it again by rallying his troops up and keeping them focused on the game ! The defense looked sharp.

The worst part about that hit for Keller is he will have to relive it monday during film session. Unbelievable 15 years in the league and still playing at that level. Ray is a beast, and I think Rex helped awaken the monster this week.

Good grief he almost knocked Keller out of his shoes!!!!!! Everyone in the room I was in cringed at the same time!

Love you, Ray. You backed up the Ravens side of the trash talk. I know you defensive guys still hold fondness for Rex but this has GOT to be sweet!

As motivated as he is, why does it take someone challenging him to play like that? I love seeing him enraged and demolishing blockers.

Ya thats what I was was saying when I wanted him to just revert to his 2000-2003 form when he was just in dudes faces and talking all kinds of crap all game long. He's seemed to mellow out since 2007 and although he's still a playmaker when he just plays and doesnt talk....man when he starts getting in guys faces and he knows he has to back it up he plays like an absolute demon possessed on that field. Last night was exactly that, vintage Ray, laying dudes out, blowing up FBs and causing LT to fall over just from the impact, chasing down HBs in the flats. Just classic Ray. Hopes he keeps the crap talking up cuz he gets to a whole other level when he is.

The hit on Keller was nasty but I've never seen a LB blow up a FB so fast and hard the way Ray did to Tony Richardson since I became a football fan.

I swear, the only people who think Ray doesn't 'stil have it' are people who aren't Ravens fans and don't watch that man play on a regular basis.

Rex Ryan still has it also technically these guys only lost by 1 point. Which is saying that this game was neck and neck the two teams equal each other in talent and ability..
