If anything the Older team usually wins early on. Because they are healthy and experienced. Its over the long haul of a season where older teams break down sometimes.

Better reconfigure the age of their defense compared to our offense-almost a 4 year average difference and that is major!

The Jets didn't have the number one defense last year for nothing-why do you think it will be different this year?

Assuming I remembered how to add and divide, you're absolutely wrong..

EDIT: If you take out Ellis (didn't know he was out) the Jets average age drops to [color="#006400"][b]28.54 years[/b][/color] - still older than our offense, though.

It's a new season. They've added some players but lost some people as well. There's no guarantee they'll field the #1 D again this year.

Yeah I was looking around and the only thing listed of the Jets website, for his status, was "--". So I didn't know.

What a shame, I'd much rather have Yanda facing the bust of all busts, Gholston.

That would've been a nice trade off. Yanda vs. Gholston. I'd take that matchup. We could even run successful to the right as well.

He's been dealing with a bum knee for a while so he may have to take some snaps off.

Outside of the two plays where we allowed sacks I though Joe had all day to throw tonight, even against the blitz. Run blocking was terrible but pass protection was a solid A IMO. Still want Gaither back but we should be fine with Yanda at RT for another week or two.
