seems like pete carroll knows what hes doing after all i didnt see what happend tho but it seemed pretty one sided and sf is expected to be the studs of the division ..

A healthy Hassleback goes a long way too. But Carroll is getting guys to buy into his style of play. Still to early to tell if it sticks.

San Fran's hype bubble really did pop today. They looked bad.

I'm hoping the same thing happens to the Jets tommorrow. Ofcourse we do have a lot of hype as well.

yea he must have had stunk the game up ... if they dont make the playoffs this year with him they need to just move on

Very disappointing game for SF. Mike Singletary has got some work to do because there is no reason the 49ers shouldn't win the division and make the playoffs.

Also, this is a prime example of "why we play the games" like you hear all the time. Only so much can be determined before the season actually starts.

Exactly right.

And I'm disappointed in SF.. I had high hopes for them. That said, it was only the first game of sixteen but definitely not a promising start. I thought the scores had been accidentally switched when I saw them on the bottom of my screen.
