Black Out!

3 posts in this topic

I know what people are going to say but this is a new twist for me and I like it. What do you all think about the Black Out? Will this catch on? I'm all in but I did not like this idea before. It is now being presented in a new light. <video removed>

Trust me, I'm right there with you, but I posted the same thread and they closed it down.
And I understand why.
I wasn't trying to sell anything, just support the team, and I want nothing more than for M&T to be blacked out in this sense.
I want this to catch on, I want M&T to be more fearsome than it already is, but look out.
They'll probably have to shut this down too.
Somehow you can post commercial videos, not related to this site, but Ravens are involved, yet not support a Raven (McGahee) and his mission to blackout the stadium.
I'm not sure how this works, but as a fan that has lived in Bmore his whole life, I want to see the Blackout happen. And that's all I can say. You can post commercials, but you can't mention the Blackout...
Maybe there are legal reasons, but I think this is strong enough of a case that the Ravens might want to look into this as happening. I'm not supporting this site, I'm just saying this idea works and could be expanded upon, and I see no reason why Bmore wouldn't support it.

Per the Code of Conduct
Spamming and advertising is strictly prohibited. Any and all advertising, chain letters, pyramid schemes, solicitation, spamming and trolling is inappropriate and unacceptable on any of our forums. Do no post messages that are inflammatory and serve solely to incite other members. Do not post messages soliciting prayers, donations, or participation in foundations, charities or other organizations. Threads with the intention to 'call out' another member on personal matters and/or private vendettas are not allowed.
It is expressly forbidden. There are legal and fairness issues. If this site supports this charity, then say the Red Cross, Salvation army or any other non-profit can demand equal free support and they would be obligated to provide it.

We also don't have the time or resources to check out everyone claiming they are a charity affiliated with a player--its easy enough to put up a website, print towels and shirts and take the money and run.

I understand wanting to support the team but basically this is a plea for donations.
