With multiple sources and Sunday's game as Devin Aromashodu is in the doghouse, I need help with who to start as my #2 WR in the BR.com Yahoo leagues this week.

In my league, I have:

Jerricho Cothery(vs. MIA), James Jones(vs. CHI) and Devery Henderson(vs. ATL).

In ATD's league, I've got:

Lee Evans(vs. NE), Devery Henderson(vs. ATL) and Big Mike Williams(vs. SD)
DEFINITELY JERRICHO! That's a no brainer.

I hate picking a saints receiver because Brees spreads the ball too much. I would actually go Lee Evans because Fitzpatrick isn't as gun shy as Edwards.

You think your RB situation is bad. Here's my RB corps in ATD's league:

Jonathan Stewart
Felix Jones
Fred Jackson
Mike Tolbert
Keiland Williams
Rashad Jennings

Mine isn't any better really.

Shonn Greene
Ricky Williams
Julius Jones
Toby Gerhart

Here's one:
Start Zach Miller or Marcedes Lewis?

Tough call, but my gut says go with Miller even if he is a Raider... I like Oaklands offence in general with Gradkowski at QB and playing the cards... Lewis is just so inconsistent... He might go off, but...

Here's another one:
In my flex-spot in a ppr-league, start Ronnie Brown (vs. NYJ), D. Sproles (@ SEA) , D. Hester (vs. GB) or the complete sleeper/chance pick... DHB (@ ARI)???

did I really waste my 3rd round pick (28th overall) on shonn greene? can I start him with any sort of confidence or play the hot hand(s) with Gore, A. Foster, and Best?... Will Michael Bush cut into Run DMc's production that much? what to do what to do....

Hey, I picked Greene in the first round of a large draft. If it makes you feel better, Greene did end up with more attempts than LT against the Pats, although LT was brought in more often on passing downs. I'm not ready to say Greene is a bust, but he has to produce and soon.

As for Bush, McFadden has looked very good the past two games, so I can't see Bush cutting into his attempts. However, if McFadden starts to struggle... well...

How about this one...

Pettigrew vs MIN
Clayton vs WAS
D. Bess vs Jets

I'm leaning towards Pettigrew.
Problem with Pettigrew is Scheffler seems to be higher up on the priority list than him at times... then it flip-flops. Like game one, Scheffler got six catches to Pettigrew's one. Game two, Pettigrew got 7 to Scheffler's one. It's too early to say that's exactly a trend, especially after Pettigrew's 108 yard game. It doesn't help matters much that they're going up against Minnesota's defense.

I like Bess, but he's not always the most consistent receiver, and having Marshall on the team doesn't help his production. As stingy as the Washington defense can be, and as horrible as the Rams' offensive line can be, I'd probably go with Clayton. If only because Bradford likes to look his way, although I won't go in expecting two touchdowns again, but he should be good for some yardage and a touchdown.

I'd go clayton him and bradford seem to be working well together. and the rams will probably be behind early so throwing more. always good to have the number 1 WR on a bad team haha

3rd round pick was good value on Greene during draft day. But it is starting to look like he might be a bust for how he was drafted. I really feel like Greene will turn it on in the 2nd half of the season when Tomlinson will be reeling. Don't give up on Greene yet. The Jets are a running offense. They went up against the #1 rushing D of all time and a divisional rival who's good at stuffing run w/ a weak secondary.

But you should play the hot hands Gore, Foster and Best should all be played over Greene at this stage of the game.

M Bush will cut into Run DMC but not enough to factor this week. They are going to ride McFadden while he's hot with the promise of that elite back status. He looks like a different player this year. But if he starts slipping up, Bush will steal value real quick. But expect McFadden to keep rolling against Arizona.

Pettigrew should not be starting until he starts to become consistently relevant. Not buying him yet.

This is an easy one for me. Its Clayton. So many reasons why. First the Redskins gave up 497 yards on passing D last week. That's bad. The Redskins will come out hot and firing. They will go up early fast. Bradford will be forced to throw. He has great chemistry with Clayton. Clayton is getting lots of targets and redzone looks. Clayton hands down.

Zach Miller(vs. Cardinals) or Kellen Winslow(vs. Steelers)
Flip a coin. Zach Miller. He is going against the weaker defenses. He might put up better stats than what he has been. 5 catches for 50 yards wouldn't be too bad.

Winslow hasn't practiced yet this week and is going against a tough defense.

Does anybody have a link for a website that shows how positions fare against each defense YTD? I use to know one last year, but I can't remember and can't find.

I.e. Like the Chargers are #1 in giving up the most points to TEs.

True. With Winslow, he barely practiced last week and caught 4 balls for 76 yards. I'll probably go with Miller.

Great info guys, you make good points that the Rams should be down early and Clayton will definitely get the targets.

I would go with Miller just for the fact that Winslow has to go up against the Steelers Defense, I don't think TE's usually have that much success against them.

Here is a decent one with Moreno not laying this week vs the Colts

Buckhalter vs Colts or F.Jackson vs NE
Oh Geez.

I'm going to say Buckhalter. I'm not buying into the hype that Maroney will be on the field that much. Colts still need to work on stopping the run.

Buffalo I have no idea what the hell they are doing. A couple of days ago, Gailey comes out and says they need to give Spiller more touches. Then yesterday he comes out and says Lynch will play a bigger part on offense.

What the hell Buffalo? Between the three of them, Who knows who gets the most touches.

I can't believe the situation either. I was convinced Lynch would get traded but now, he appears to be the lead back.

Damn you Gailey!

It's like they are forcing Gailey to play Lynch to increase his value in a trade. But here's the Catch-22, Buffalo never trades, or better put - they don't know how to trade.

So Lynch will continue to get a bulk of the carries, even though the Bills don't like him. Trying to force the issue that he's a former 1st round pick. And when no team will give up a 2nd for him, they are left scratching their heads even more then in the beginning.

Congrats Bills for your 0-16 quest.

TD only league, TEs count as receivers. Which 2 do I pick out of:

Greg Jennings @ Chi
Owen Daniels vs Dal
Visanthe Shiancoe vs Det
Chad Ochocinco @ Car
(Dark Horse) Steve Breaston vs Oakland

TD only you have to start Shiancoe vs. Lions. He could rack up a few. And the 2nd will be Jennings. I can see him scoring a big TD on Monday Night Football.

It's a pretty pathetic situation all around.

I'd go with Jennings and and Chad. I can see Jennings beating either Bowman or Tillman for a deep TD and the Panthers are a mess defensively.

No love for Shiancoe? He's a TD machine and against the Lions. You know Favre will hit up his favorite Redzone target for at least 1 TD.

The Bengals could get ahead early and turn on the run game.

I wanted to say Schiancoe but telepathically, I knew you'd recommend him and decided to go with someone else.

I could've made it worse by saying I have 3 spots and throwing Gates' name in there. He's not escaping my lineup unless somebody breaks him though.

Darren Sproles or Roy Williams?

I know Mathews is injured, but it looks like Sproles is still the 2nd RB. I usually don't consider Williams, but the Texans defense gave up a lot of yards to a pretty sub-par receiving corp last week.

I'd go with Sproles. Even with Tolbert likely to get the bulk of carries, Sproles is still a significant part of SD's offense and is more likely to rip off big plays than Roy.

Agree with ER20. Sproles should get more playing time than usual. Tolbert has never carried a full load and sproles will be out there a lot on passing downs.

Here's a deeper one in a ppr league.

Amendola, Gaffney or Armomashdu.

I actually just picked up Amendola and plugged him in over Gaffney. Feel like with the Redskins blitzing, a lot of intermediate routes for Amendola. Plus Robinson will be out. Could be good for 5+ catches.
