I no longer trust the Yahoo waiver wire positions. I remember I was confused about it last year as well. I think it only resets once per week (the listing not the actual position). Blasphemy! I had my hopes up only to see Winslow go to ER20.

Danny Amendola better not let me down. I was going to axe his ***.

Henne,McNabb,or Favre? Hmmmmmm
I wouldn't trust Henne on the road against Buffalo.

McNabb will probably struggle against Dallas.

I'd probably go with Favre: lowest risk, highest reward.

LeSean McCoy or Knowshon Moreno?
I am leaning towards Moreno ,just feel the Eagles will pass alot and McCoy won't get alot of touches

Agreed.

I prefer Moreno's chances against Jacksonville than I do McCoy's chances against Green Bay.

welp... I went with Harvin instead of Maclin... didn't work out too well for me.. On the bright side, the guy I'm playing started Berrian who actually had negative points because of his fumble on special teams lol

Harvin had some chances. I remember a couple of drops. But that Minny O couldn't get anything going. We'll have to see what Maclin can do this weekend.

Only way I could see starting McCoy over Moreno is if it were a PPR league, even then I'd think twice about it against the Packers defense.

Ok got a tough one here, here's my RB situation as of right now (i know it sucks)

Steve Slaton
Deangelo Williams
Jonathon Stewart
Ricky Williams

Starters thus far for this week (and the issue im wondering about)

Deangelo Williams
Ricky Williams

Now im wondering weather to start jonathon stewart over Ricky(@BUF), but im having a hard time with it due to Ricky being @ buffalo and J. Stewart at @NYG while already playing Deangelo. Thoughts?

I'd go with Ricky. I have Stewart as my RB1 in a league but there are still questions regarding his role(will he get more carries this year) and his heel. The Bills were already had a thin D and lost starter Kawika Mitchell for the year.

I can't decide between Caddy against the Browns or Moreno against the Jaguars but with a bad hammy. I'm dying to start 1-0 too, damn

That's what I'm leaning towards, but watch Moreno just go off :( I hope Caddy has a huge day. I don't see why not, unless of course he gets injured. My luck.

Last year was actually my first year playing fantasy football, and I won the first game; but is it really that much more important to get a win in week 1 than any other week? Or is it just all mental? By the way, I have a situation I'd like to ask you all about. It has to do with runningbacks. We start 2, but I have 2 more in flex spots:

1) MJD
2) Charles
Flex1: DeAngelo Williams
Flex2: Arian Foster

Now, it kinda hurt when I benched Pierre, but not too badly, as my opponent only got 17 points with 4 players in Thursday night action (Favre, Harvin, Harper, Saints D)

My runningback spot looks like this overall: MJD, Charles, DeAngelo Williams, Foster, Best, Thomas (who's already played, and it kind of burnt me to bench him lol). I guess my question is, should I put Best in for Williams?? Or should I keep Williams in and bench someone else for Best?? Or should I just leave it as is?

how many teams are in your league lol?.. I wish I had the luxury of choosing between those 6.. you have 6 of the top 20 RBs this year IMO. You cant really go wrong with any of those guys, but I think Best will have a pretty good day (100 total yards w/ a TD). With that being said, I would probably keep those four in

Thanks, and I'm in a 10 team league. I have Rodgers at Qb; Andre Johnson, Miles Austin, Michael Crabtree, Marques Colston, Jeremy Maclin, Gaffney, and Mike Williams (TB) at WR; and Jermichael Finley/John Carlson at TE.

Forget Best over Williams. The better question should be Foster over Williams. Foster is going against the historically bad run D of the Colts. This game should be filled with TDs, so Foster should get his fair chances of goal line touches.

I love Foster in this matchup. Then I'd take Williams, because Stewart is hobbling in. Then probably best. Need to see him in regular games. Urclacher and Tommy Harris will make the Chicago run D more stout and Detroit could fall behind early.

Your fine with your picks for RB and WR. I wouldn't start Thomas over DeAngelo. But now that I've said that, Thomas will go off tonight.

I wouldn't bench the Ravens D. Two top defenses makes for a low scoring game. You hedge your losses right there. Throw in Sanchez into the mix, and you have a good shot at an INT or two. In the preseason game last year, Ngata did pick off Sanchez for a Pick 6.
Yep, Thomas got 14 points on my bench. AP got me 10 points, so if Williams can get close to 14 or double digits(and I win) than I won't be regretting not starting Pierre Thomas. Though I do think if Thomas does start doing well I have some good trade bait.

Start Anthony Armstrong!!!!

Now, after a break from Crazy Times, here is your local fantasy predictions....

Start Winslow over Evans this week, fellow fantasy players, as Winslow will always have a grudge against the Browns for trading him away. Add to that the fact that Winslow is going against one of the worst D's in the NFL, and you're looking at a big day. As for Evans, I wouldn't be surprised to see multiple double coverages going his way against the Dolphins. So start Winslow with confidence!!!

Ugh!

Kellen Winslow, your newly acquired steal. Should put up some nice numbers against the Brownies. I like Evans but I don't think the Buffalo O-Line holds up long enough to give Evans his deep ball.

No problem. Mike Williams is looking like he could be a good flex play this year. And I've got Fred Jackson too.
