Goodson has 6 carries on the season and none came last week when DeAngelo went down. If he does take touches away from Stewart, it'll be on third down as a pass-catcher. Wells has to deal with the same thing with Hightower.

Maybe it's because I drafted Stewart and want to believe he'll do something this year but I like him more than Wells.
Yea I think you have high hopes because you drafted him. Think I'm going to stick with Wells this week as the Cards take on the Bucs who are 2nd to last in stopping the run. Jonathan Steward did very little with 14 rushes last week for 29 yards. I hope J-Stew breaks out, but I feel like Wells is the safer option.

PPR league...Flex player decision time... Michael Crabtree or Ryan Matthews?
When its close go with the RB. At least you know Matthews is guaranteed some touches.

Pierre Garcon and Miles Austin (the stud). I feel like you almost have to start Austin because he's a stud. I think with a week of practice between Kitna & Austin will help out the pass game immensely. Garcon should see a lot of Targets this week.

Marshawn is great in the flex. Playing an Oakland team who is 28th against the run.

Moeaki was so yesterday. Tamme is the answer now, and he might be more than just a bye week replacement. For a blocking TE, he sure could catch a mean long pass. Manning likes his TEs.

Brandon Marshall his size and ability will be tough for the Ravens. Wes Welker going against one of the worst teams against the pass. He should get back on track and Mike Williams. Tampa should go down and have to throw the ball.

Harvin with Moss gone will get all the attention now. And Steve Smith isn't even getting the ppr numbers he use to be automatic for.

Peyton Manning. He plays the generous Eagles. Always start your studs anyway. Vick might not be 100% just yet, and even if he was, I would never start him in place for Peyton. The Colts' D made Schaub look like Trent Edwards.

Jamaal Charles, but I'm a little biased because I love the kid and I hope the Chiefs do well this year. He's been great for my fantasy team, and he should see the bulk of the carries going forward, which makes him a must start every week. I also have to go with LeSean McCoy. The Colts run D is terrible, and Arian Foster was able to run wild, and catch passes out of the back field. Both things that McCoy does well, especially with Vick a little banged up.

Miles Austin all day. He's Kitna's favorite toy, and they'll pass, pass, pass. Just hope that Kitna has time to throw the ball against GB.

I'm not the Godly PuRock, but I hope I helped.

Sorry I got carried away. I am more lucky than anything else. I have a strategy that I've developed over the many years of playing this stupid game and I roll with it, but it has to be applied with luck.

I agree with Romo about playing your studs. You don't bench Manning. In all honesty if I had Manning, I might not even keep a second QB on my roster. I'd try to get another RB or WR on my roster. Especially since Manning has passed his bye. Vick is a risk. Cartilage injuries like that are tough. One hit, one anything and he could be out for the year.

I like Romo's pick with McCoy. But I can't agree with Charles. I have to go with Turner the Burner. 3rd worst team against the run, a workhorse. Atlanta is at home. Turner will see a lot of touches and should burn Tampa on some plays. And I would put Charles in the Flex.

Miles Austin. Start your studs.

Pierre Garcon. 11 Targets the other night compared to Wes's 5. I like those numbers. Manning is looking Garcon's way as much as Wayne.

Seattles D or Miamis D?

I'm a little hesitant with seatlle becasue they are playing the Giants, and I think they have somewhat of a good Offense. Also with Miami we have a good Offense. I was thinking on starting Miami, but I'm uncertain.

ehh.. waiver wire? lol.. I wouldn't start either one of them confidently, especially because both Baltimore and NY are coming off bye weeks.. I'd see if you can drop one of the two and pick up another D

I'm tempted to go against my set in stone rule of always playing a RB in the flex and starting Mike Williams (TB) against Atlanta b/c they'll likely be playing catch-up and without Dunta Robinson over Shonn Greene who actually has a great match up against Detroit, but can I really trust Greene to outperform Williams? Basically, I want to start the guy with a better chance of getting in the endzone, and I think it's Williams...

so,

WR - Mike Williams (TB) - Atlanta
RB - Shonn Greene (NYJ) - Detriot

It's a big week because I'm playing "that guy" in my league... you all know what I mean... every league has one.

I would go with Mike Williams. Tampa needs to pass well to win this one against Atlanta's potent offense, which means the ball will go Williams' way plenty. Shonn Greene looked ready for a breakout season, but he's been overshadowed by the revitalization of Tomlinson. Plus, Detroit's not as porous as once they were not that they have Suh plugging up the middle. I usually go RB in the flex spot, but Williams just seems a better bet than Greene.

yeah williams over greene. the jets will be looking to LT alot and i wouldn't be suprised if Greene gets less than 10 touches.

also like you said the bucs should be down early and throwing. so go with williams

Make that 3 for Williams. I'm also one that prefers RB or WR in the flex. But only if its close. Mike Williams has the edge as he's a solid WR2.

It's so hard to pick this week.

RB/WR-----------
WR----------

Greenis, Hines Ward, Braylon Edwards, Johny Knox, Davone Bess, and Wells.

I don't think I'll start Bess cuz he's playing against Ravens.

Struggling with one in my money ppr league.

Beanie Wells (@MIN), Fred Jackson (vs. CHI), Jonathan Stewart (vs. NO)

Pick 1. I'm leaning to Stewart since he'll get the most touches. And hope he gets something going, yet again. Also should I start a 2nd one of these guys in the flex over James Jones. Tough bye week for me.

I'd go with the Stewart simply because of the workload and potential to do big things. Plus, one of the two TDs he has this season came against the Saints.

I'd play Fred Jackson because he's likely to get 20+ carries and Wells is reportedly going to be a game-time decision.

I'd keep Jones as your flex.

Don't start Miami. I don't like either one of them this week, actually. Is Arizona available? Not a lot of people seem to be picking up Arizona for this week...

I'm going to go against the grain and pick Greene. I have Williams in a few of my teams but I'm not starting him in any of them this week. The Giants defense is really good.

Also, I think that the Jets will have a good run game this week with both Tomlinson and Greene, running out the clock and protecting their lead.

Start Greene.

EDIT: Sorry, thought you were talking about the other Mike Williams LOL. I would go with Willaims from TAMPA BAY over Greene.

i like stewart, but only if deangelo williams doesn't play which is looking like it will happen. if deangelo does play then Jackson.

with driver out James Jones is the number 2 option for Rodgers so i'd definately keep him in
