Ivory or Betts? Thomas is out, and I have no clue which of the 2 will be more productive with the split carries.
I went with Betts last week and he did okay. A lot of people are saying Betts. I agree with this last week.

This week, I'm saying Ivory. Look the Saints should go up early on the Cardinals then the second half turn to their run game. Who would they rather get involved (specifically getting game reps going forward) in garbage time? Ivory. The young guy they drafted w/ fumbling issues over a replacement vet with two replaced knees.

I say Ivory because he will get a lot of garbage time touches.

I ended up picking Ivory in exchange of letting Betts go. Now hopefully he gets the majority of the carries.

TQB = Ravens
RB = Cedric Benson
RB = LeSean McCoy
WR = Calvin Johnson
WR = Anquan Boldin
TE = Jermichael Finley
D/ST = 49ers
K = Sebastian Janikowski

Bench = T.J. Houshmandzadeh (WR), Willis McGahee (RB), Dolphins TQB, Bengals D/ST, Cadillac Williams (RB), Kevin Walter (WR), Fred Davis (TE), Billy Cundif (K)
I am worried about McCoy since he cracked a few ribs last sunday, I could substitute him for a WR or Rb, what do you all think? Switch him with Kevin Walter? Also, I am on the fence with my Defense, The Bengals are playing the Bucs and The 49ers are playing the the Eagles. Any ideas? Thanks.

If he's suiting up, I wouldn't worry too much. McCoy is a must start though if you consider him healthy to go all game. I do. He will catch a lot of check downs. But I do like Walter as well. With Jones and Johnson ailing. Walter is line for a big game. But if it were me, I'd stick with McCoy.

Bengals over Bucs. Eagles are traveling across country to play the 49ers. Could prove to be dangerous. Bengals will get at least one INT from the Bucs.

I am leaving around 9am to head to the game, So I am weary about sticking with him. If it is a game time decision I will be screwed.
Hmmmm. And its the late game. It does sound like a game time decision even though all signs are pointing towards he plays. I would stick Walter in just to be sure. He should fair very well. It'll just suck if McCoy plays a whole game, because he should rack up some points.

Damned if you do damned if you don't. There has been a lot of times where we thought Ed Reed would play but come game time he was in active.

Stick with the 49ers Defense?

Edit: I just sent my Brother a message via Facebook, explaining my situation and telling him what to do. There are a few problems with this plan though, for one, he does not follow football and has never done FF before. As well as, he probably is out drinking right now and will come home drunk to read my message and could possibly forget about it, lol.

For my flex spot, which evil do I choose?

McGahee, who's produced next to nothing this far
Hester, who's inconsistent at best
Brandon Lloyd, facing the Ravens
Jason Witten, who has just been a major disappointment so far...

It's a non-ppr league...

Tough one, i see McGahee getting atleast 1 goalline TD today its just if he's going to do anything else.

probably go Witten i think he (along with the rest of the cowboys offense) will break out this week and he'll get a TD and about 70-80 yards

You have to go with the hot hand *gulp*, just because he's playing our tough D doesn't mean he won't be targeted (a lot). He's been getting a lot of short slants and has even been getting red zone targets. If you aren't comfortable with Lloyd go with Witten.

Moral dillema. Should I start Kyle Orton or Joe Flacco today? I have a feeling Flacco is going to hammer the DEN secondary but Orton is the number one QB in the league statwise and will get alot of throws, but we are the number one pass defense.... This is a hard one

Moral issues aside, I'd go with Joe. He's at home against a possible shoot out team. Orton is on the road and is facing the #1 passing D statistically. Joe is guranteed a TD probably more than Orton (since they struggle in the red zone).

So much for thinking the Saints would run all over the Cards leading to Ivory getting a lot of garbage time touches. Who would've thunk!

Why can't Kolb throw the ball to DeSean Jackson. That's my frustration.

I have Celek in one league and DeSean in another. When Vick is in, DeSean plays big and Celek nothing. Then when Kolb is in, Celek plays big and DeSean nothing.

Why can't one of these QBs get both guys involved?

Yeah man, I'm in the same boat. Luckily, I have my ESPN game (where I have Jackson), well in hand. However, my Yahoo game (where I have Celek) is still close (I'm down by 9). So hopefully Celek can continue to come up big.

Vernon Davis v Raiders or Chris Cooley v Colts (PPR)

and

Brandon Lloyd v Jets or Malcolm Floyd @ Rams (non PPR)

leaning towards Davis and Floyd but they are pretty close

I'd go with Davis and Floyd. Alex Smith isn't good but Davis is likely to make some big plays against the Raiders and the Rams doesn't really have anyone that can shut down Floyd.

Flex spot - PPR:

Kellen Winslow (vs. NO) or Anthony Armstrong (vs. IND) or Mike Tolbert (vs. STL)

Flex spot - non-PPR:

Felix Jones (vs. MIN) or Ryan Torain (vs. IND)

Its a close one but I would go with Davis. Redskins will try and run on the Colts first. With Aso out there roaming WRs, Davis could see a lot of targets.

Also a close one but I would go with Floyd. Floyd should see some deep balls for TDs while the Jets could stump the Broncos with the blitz.

Winslow. He's getting consistent targets and if the Bucs fall behind early (against a rebounding Saints team) he could bump his stats.

Ryan Torain. The Colts are dead last against the run (and that's not because of any skewed statistics). If Torain it to have a great game it starts here.

Totally agree Pu on your above post for Winslow and Torain. Exactly who I was going to pick.

Can you check out my thread and give me some advice. I'm not desperate for advice or anything but would like others' thoughts.

Need to play 2 out of 3.

Ahmad Bradshaw vs Detroit
Adrian Peterson vs Cowboys
Mike Turner vs Philly

I'm leaning towards benching AP. What do you think?
Don't think I would ever say bench AP.

Man that's a good situation you have there. You can't bench AP. You just can't. I would bench M Turner. He's not getting any passes out of the backfield, he's losing a lot of touches to Snelling and he just isn't getting any touchdowns.

Peterson and Bradshaw (with the matchup over Turner).

No Flex position in your league?

The only reason I was thinking of benching AP is b/c Dallas HAS to win this game in order to have any chance of making post season. Dallas has the best D of the teams my guys are playing.

No flex position.

I think Peterson will have a better day than Turner.

Jermichael Finley owner here... looks like he could miss the rest of the season, so I need some waiver wire advice...

here's the TEs in FA:

Heath Miller (coming off a bye against Cleveland w/ Ben back)
Tony Moeaki (@ Houston, leads his team in receptions)
Todd Heap
Jeremy Shockey (@ Tampa Bay, getting more looks w/ Reggie out)
Andrew Quarless (against Miami, Finley and Donald Lee both are out)
Tony Scheffler (@ NYG, has had a good year, but Pettigrew takes away from his value immensely)
John Carlson (@ Chicago)
Owen Daniels (against KC, still not at full strength, but on an explosive offense)

what to do, what to do..

Heath Miller or Tony Moeaki, but I'd probably pick Miller out of the 2. I think both are even. And both already had their bye week, so that's a plus.

Just pick one lol

What's your gut tell you? Honestly, if it was me, I'd take a chance on Garrard. I think all 3 could surprise you in a good or bad way.
