So I'm in a 10 team, Non ppr standard rules league on Yahoo, with the exception of 6 points per TD pass and you get points for completions and also negative points for incompletions. I decided if I could get someone to trade me a top QB (Drew Brees/Rodgers), and found that I'd be giving up too much for my first choice: Brees. I also found a steal of a deal for Rodgers, and used that to my advantage. I gave up Matt Schaub for Rodgers, Michael Bush for Jahvid Best, and also David Hawthorne (I have Willis/Harris as Lb's, and that spot is stout in FA's). What do you think about this trade?

Pretty even trade, IMO. I think you would've been better served retaining Michael Bush, however, given that Bush faces softer defenses in the AFC West than Jahvid Best and the Lions do in the NFC North. Matt Schaub and Aaron Rodgers will probably put up comparable numbers, though I see Rodgers being the more accurate QB, thereby giving you fewer incompletions (negative points) than Schaub.

I like your end of the deal... IDP players are pretty easy to find on the waiver wire. I really like Best this year for where he was being drafted (I took him at the end of the 6th)
