Mobile Score?

Last year i was able to have the score of the ravens game sent to me at the end of every quarter and the final. i have been unable to figure out how to set it up for this year. anyone able to help? I'm a big fan but have been unable to watch the games so this will help me stay up to date of my teams WINS!
