Concussion rules? When the doctor clears you, you can play. Maybe the team takes some extra precautions but that's about it. Unless the league has passed some new rules that I haven't heard about or completely missed.

Not sure if they changed the rules (besides helmet coming off, play is dead) but I know it was a huge discussion in the off season.

I know it's been a hot topic the past few years, I think one of the things they have been doing is trying to make sure the awareness level is up. Concussions are taken more seriously now, if a player gets a concussion during a game they usually keep him out now. A few years ago they would send them back in if they were able to.

Here's hoping, this would be great news. Kindle will be a force. To be honest I think it would be a good idea to groom him for a year considering the various injuries that are hanging around.
