Is that some underhand hate on EJ on the mic!?!? Lol but seriously Burgess has been at least a good special teamer in years before this one. Phillips is strong against the run but I can't say that I see the point in a linebacker that's just strong against the run in today's league.

Who wrote that post in the nbc sports link? Is that someone else's tweet or did Aaron Wilson write that? Cundiff came thru for us last year and he's looked better and better through out the preseason. He deserves his chance to be a starting kicker somewhere- i think the problem in the past was that we was always competing against established kickers or filling in for someone who was injured. I hope Graham gets another shot somewhere tho.

I'd hate to see Troy Smith go but he's another one who deserves his chance as a starter. The Seahawks would be better off with Smith. Despite his performance in the last preseason game, Smith has both the mechanics and the leadership abilites. From what I've read Leinart can't win over a locker room- he's too into himself, plus, to me, he pouts too much.

Talavou is the latest ACL victim. In twelve months the Ravens have had Washington, Webb, Fox, and now Talavou go down with ACL injuries (Marcus Smith might have missed the cut). That must be some kind of record.

About Troy Smith, written this morning. Basically stating other teams around the league could be interested in players from the Ravens being that we're one of the most talented teams and waiting for us to cut players or make deals.

first miss, i turned in my final cut right after the game. I knew he injured himself, but wasnt expecting this serious.

For what its worth Ravens Insider reports Lamar Divens is safe. Also Parmale has made it.
