Advice On A Trade

About to offer a trade that i think seems fair, but need some opinions on it. (i have not proposed it yet)

I am giving up Brandon Jacobs, Cedric Benson, and Wes Welker
I would be getting Ray Rice and Jerome Harrison

thoughts? Fair for both sides? He is a bit weak in the WR department. I feel i have some depth in WR's with:

Wes Welker
Michael Crabtree
Johnny Knox
Mike Sims-Walker
Laurent Robinson
Mike Williams

I put Welker as my #1 but not sure of the season he will have.

If you're fine with everyone below Welker, do it. I traded Brandon Jacobs because I think Bradshaw will eventually take over in NY. How will Welker respond to a torn ACL and coming off of it so quickly? Can Benson repeat?

You have good situations in both Rice and Harrison as of today. We all know about Ray, but Hardesty is out for the season (as I'm sure you know), so Harrison becomes a damn good RB with loads of potential.

I'd say do it, but just pray that Crabtree lives up to the hype and be a WR 1 with Sims-Walker following him. I also like Mike Williams.

i still have AP on the team as well, would be using Harrison as my 3rd RB/WR spot.
