Basically,
Half of them are scared. The other half are homers, saying that he's a head case and that he'll tear to locker room apart. Kinda funny coming from fans of a team that signed TO, the head case of head cases.
Also they say that it doesn't matter because our secondary is so terrible. Little do they know...

...saw a thread titled "TJ signs with Ratbirds"...just coudn't read anymore....

Lol, that's pretty much what I expected.

Our secondary is weak, huh? Well their quarterback... Ah, nevermind.

wow I still love the Mason is on IR part, really since when? It's going to be a nice battle against Cincy this year
I think they're being sarcastic cuz they can't accept the fact they have to handle the trio Boldin, Mason, and TJ, so they have to count Mason out which makes the situation less scary.

........did I just enter a different dimension?

I WANT TO GO HOME.

I'm with Franchise on this one. The real question is will he step up because there is a lot of talent on the team, or will he try and skate his way to a championship? And considering his #1 role as a Seahawk was dismal, I wonder if he will light it up being a #3 like he did as a #2 in Cinci. I don't think we can say anything for sure because this brings up more questions than answers, beside the fact that his attitude stinks.

And what the hell is up with Ozzie stripping the Seahawks to the bone? Do they have them on speed dial by now?

4WRs plus a RB in the back field. Scary thought.

I feel the next headline I see on ESPN will be announcing that Ozzie Newsome has gone to jail for stealing.

Oh don't you know, it's an uncapped season. We can get anyone we want with absolutely no repercussions.
If we have the money then spend it. TJ one year a vet Stallworht out 8 wks a good move. They know what they are doing. To make roster space they put a few players on the 53 they WILL let one go. I think a LB or CB whom didn't do well in the last preseason game. When all NFL teams make the 53 cut goodies will be left.

Just announced on twitter, Clayton and an unknown draft pick just traded to the Rams. No info on what we received.
trade Mark Clayton and an undisclosed draft pick to St. Louis Rams for an undisclosed draft pick. Move makes room for Housh.

Honestly...

I would rather have Heap/Dickson + 3 wides, with Rice out of the backfield. 4 WRs are fine in 3rd & long, or as a change of pace, but extensively using 4 WRs is hazardous to the health of a QB...

They Released him...therefore making him a free agent and able to go to any team that he desired..... Through his agent, Housh said that hes very "excited to play for a excellent organization like the Ravens" so before everyone starts on the Diva...tearing the lockeroom apart deal....lets see how he plays

right now everyones assuming...which to me isnt fair now is it? is it? if you were him.....would YOU like it if people were doubting you everywhere you went...callingyou a diva? i sure hell wouldnt!... SO with that said....dont kill the cat before hes had a chance.

For now, Mort says Clayton for "late round considerations"... whatever that means.

We'll know soon.

Now we are back to where we were before TJ was signed, only slightly more improved, which won't become apparent until TJ becomes familiar with our offense. I don't see where multiple late round draft picks next year will help us. Now we have two more than we had originally.

I like the move for the Rams, I mean Clayton isn't too great but better than any receiver they have with the possible exception of Donnie Avery. I just hope its a high draft pick.

The only difference is TJ is cheaper than Clayton and the draft picks are undisclosed. We traded Clayton and a pick for a Rams pick, I'm personally shooting for Clayton and a 4th for a 2nd but we will just have to wait and see.

Ozzie sees Value in all draft picks he can possibly get....you build teams around the draft.....and Ozzie has done a fantastic job in doing just that in previous years...minus a few (boller and a few others) you look at where the Ravens find the Most value in the draft..i mean the Absolute BEST value ..bang for their buck and you ll see that they all or most of them....come from the later rounds.....TJ was a 7th rounder for the Bengals and look whats hes done...tom brady.....199th overall selection by the patriots and look what hes done... my point to it is ....The more draft picks we have...the Better we will be, both now and in the long term.

THATS why Ozzie values Draft picks.

I understand the value, 4M vs 855K. But, for a while we had the best WR's around with Clayton & TJ combined. I mean certainly, Clayton is a better WR than Smith or our rookie Reed. Wouldn't you agree? The 2 late round draft choices I referred to were 1 for Clayton and 1 for Barnes.

I totally agree with you friend. Ozzie is certainly a better evaluator of talent than myself or anyone else on here. I was just enjoying what we had with Boldin, Mason, TJ and Clayton. I guess I'm just a little disappointed to see Mark go, that's all.
