Was watching i think NFL channel and they were talking about TJ who'syourmmama is going to be traded or something like that> Anyone else hear this? Should we go for him, He's still has a lot left and he's i think better than clayton. What do you all think? Wouldn't that just piss of Palmer!!! HEHEHE

Why would it piss off Palmer? Secondly aren't the Seahawks having issues with Housh demanding the ball more, the Seahawks have even called him a 'diva', and overall he's just underperforming.

Perfectly happy with our WR situation.

we could use him while stallworth is out
That would be considered a 7 million dollar bandaid. Wow, no thanks we do not need the distractions he would bring.

Exactly. I'm perfectly happy with the WRs we have now. Remember folks Stallworth is down but not out.

well TJ has always struck me as more of a possession receiver, and not much of a deep threat. If you look at our roster, its filled with possession type guys. Boldin and Mason being two of the best in the league. If the ravens were to sign an additional receiver it would probably be a deep threat such as Vincent Jackson who is not a happy camper over in Charger's land.

but i don't see the ravens signing another.

All those yrs with Bengles I never heard TJ complain maybe it changes since he got with the seahawks but i don't remember him ever being a problem. It only takes one good hit on our wr and we are with Clayton and mason nothing against them but that wasn't the plan the plan it to give Joe more choice. Stallworht is out will be back but until than we have mason ,Bolden ,clayton all the other WR suck ( did ya watch last nights game I wouldn't hire any of them)
What happens if Bolden goes down ?????????????????????????????????????? We still need a player to stretch the field to play along with Stallworth
It should be
Bolden, Mason, Stallworth, another WR to stretch the field, Clayton 5 WR
David reed PS, get rid of Williams- who can't stay healthy, Harper-can't catch a ball, Riley-unproven could be on PS again this yr but have to see how many will go in PS- 8 allowed.

We don't need Housh! Our WR group is solid and we have enough guys that fit his playing style currently on our roster.

Why would he piss off Palmer?? Ok he played for Bengles for yrs and If you look at Palmer last yr not having TJ was an issue for him i think they would have been a better team with TJ last year and that's what it's all about being better from yr to yr. So what will make us a better team this year?? More experienced target to get open Now not 6 - 8 weeks from now. Ever heard the saying to little to late.If not him i would definitely look at other WR when team trim there rosters.

TJ would cost to much and wouldn't be a good fit, now I could be open to Patrick Creighton if released from Dallas. I'd rather have him in the slot than Clayton. Good size, good hands, reliable and would come cheap. He's a proven player that would help us out.

We have Mason, Clayton, and Kelley Washington as our wide receivers, and people ask about making a trade for another team's "big" receiver.

We sign Stallworth, and people ask about making a trade for another team's "big" receiver.

We trade for Arizona's big receiver, Anquan Boldin.

We have Boldin, Mason, and Stallworth/Clayton as our receivers... and people ask about making a trade for another team's "big" receiver.

I really don't understand the logic that floats around sometime. Half the time, I feel as if some people wouldn't be happy until we have Vincent Jackson, Andre Johnson, Roddy White, Larry Fitzgerald, and Anquan Boldin as our receiving corp. Oh well, blame it on how empty the position has been for us over the years... *shrugs*

Okay, yes obviously having TJ would be nice and has its obvious perks. But it comes down to basic cost vs benefits..is it really worth giving up a 3rd and possibly a prospect to go grab an insurance policy? Who's paying the man? How much? Are we that unconfident in not just the depth of our recieving corps but also our tight ends that we would be willing to invest so much in a player who probably wont even start? What are the future ramifications of bringing in such an expensive and aging possession reciever aboard?A lot of questions to ask yourself...does he still sound like a good idea? I'm not so sure he does.

Oh don't you know, it's an uncapped season. We can get anyone we want with absolutely no repercussions.

The Ravens' WR corps is solid, even with Stallworth's injury. Perhaps not as threatening deep down the field as some might like, but right now I'd say it's among the top 10 in the league, no doubt.

I'd rather sign Kelley Washington, if for no other reason than so I can see the squirrel dance.

It's just that Stallworth is down for how long??6-8 weeks??? come on that's a season. Let's face it only difference is boltin, Mason and clayton was here last yr and we know how much love there is for clayton everyone was wanting his head last yr and wanted kelly washington instead. It's a short memory game as soon as clayton drops an important pass then all fans will be like we need WR's. Hey it's cool i think we have a nice wr group as it stands i just hope all are healthy because next man up is who??? Harper-can't catch ball, Williams-hurt all the time,Riley-never saw action if he makes it,Reed-unproven just the facts but I'm cool

Okay, thats enough!

1 - First of all, its BolDin
2 - Mason will now be up against #2 CBs
3 - Clayton will be against nickel and in the slot where he belongs
4 - How is 6-7 games a season?
5 - Insane trio of TE's
6 - Calm down :)

I've never been a fan of TJ. The only tme I ever really wanted him was before the start of the '09 season when everyone and their mom was starving for a WR. He's a possession type player who is past his prime and if we really wanted him we would have signed him as a FA. No need for him now.

It's all good didn't mean to make you upset. i think as it stands now we are set just projecting in case we have any more injuries at WR that's all.

For a seventh-round pick in the 2011 draft. Good one for the Chargers.
