No. My friends and I aren't watching football tonight. I didn't see the play.

They've got Charlie Batch and Dennis Dixon. I was hoping we'd get to chase down Leadfoot Leftwich week 4.

Well since I live NC I would catch the game between the Steelers/Panthers every once in a while but missed what happened to Leftwich. I only watched the Steelers offense when Ben was playing.

Here's an update, Leftwich has MCL Damage.

I saw a replay on NFLN. It didn't look good. I guess Dixon is the guy for the first games then.

Prob serves the Steelers better anyway, Dixon is far more athletic and Leftwich was never consistent in anything as a quarterback.

Call me crazy but I think they're better off with Batch than Dixon or even Leftwich.

I agree. Batch is a solid game-manager and is actually pretty mobile for a guy his age. I hope Dixon gets the start though. He cause trouble with his legs but still such a raw passer, mistakes are inevitable.

Oh wow.... well it seems like Dennis Dixon will have to win games for the Steelers for the first 4 games. I think now with Dixon starting for the first 4, I see 1-3 for the Steelers before Ben comes back. It may be 0-4 if the Bucs pull off the upset.

I don't know, the Falcons are pretty streaky and it's hard to imagine Matt Ryan playing well in Heinz Field.
