is it possible to sign bryant johnson from arizona and lance briggs?

mason is getting old and picture a wr corp like johnson (big and physical), D.williams (moss like), and Mark clayton (quick and playmaker)

Then briggs to give our LB corp some speed and that much more talent...and then when Vilma from the jets is a free agent pick him up to replace Ray in the future when he decides to retire

Suggs, Vilma, Briggs, Ray....with reed in the backfield and ngata up from Think about it!!

heap, mcgahee, solid line and a qb like flacco with the WR's above....sounds like a blueprint for a dynsaty

not to mention burgess and barnes

draft a corner to replace our aging CB's move C-mac to saftey as he gets older....C-mac next to reed..think about it

Anyway is any of this possible?

too bad its not madden cuz it sounds logical to me, i asked if any of this could be "possible" not for an opinion that "DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING".

it would be great if it really worked like Madden, but we definitely don't have the money for Briggs, plus I think we have a solid LB core: Lewis and Suggs are both incredible players. Scott showed he was a great player when he filled in for an injured Lewis a few years ago and he had a pretty solid year last year. Johnson and Griesen are good players too and I think Antwan Barnes is just getting started and hopefully Dan Cody will stay off of IR this year to show what he can do. Plus, most of those guys are adequately fast from what I've seen.

Once again, I think we are fine on WRs. Sure, we could use a little more "height" but Mason is a great veteran who has at least another year or two left in him. Clayton and Williams are both great WRs in my opinion too, but everyone seems to underrate Darling and Figurs. Darling had a great breakout year and I'm hoping he is brought back next year (plus he'll want a lot less than Bryant Johnson). Figurs barely got any playing time at WR last year but the one catch he made was for 30 some yards. I look for Cam to use him a lot more this year offensively.

we are limited in our Cap Space/room as of right now and thus i think we are going to be relatively Quiet during Free agency. it doesnt look as though we will be able to afford a big time play maker (like lets say Randy Moss...JUST as an example) we dont have the money to go after such a player like him and even if we do, we'd have virtually no money afterwards to Sign other players we may want.
