So the Jets paid Darrell Revis.... and now he is injured and will miss 1-2 weeks.

http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2010/09/20/darrelle-revis-expects-to-miss-1-2-weeks/
Revis confirmed as much Monday afternoon. An MRI revealed Revis has a strained hamstring. Revis said he won't return until he's 100 percent.

Although he wouldn't rule himself out for this week just yet, Revis said he was likely to miss 1-2 weeks. Antonio Cromartie can start preparing for Brandon Marshall this Sunday night.
Cromartie vs Marshall.... Marshall All Night Long. The Jets got suckered into paying him a bunch of money and now will miss a couple games, the Jets continue to unfold.

Amazing... more injury news... yay I'm so looking forward to a 18 game season(sarcasm)

The Falcons have lost Jerious Norwood to a torn ACL according to Jay Glazer.

http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2010/09/21/another-running-back-done-for-the-year-jerious-norwood/
The last two years have been defined by injuries. Norwood missed six games last year with a hip problem and now will miss the rest of the 2010 with a torn ACL, according to Jay Glazer of FOXSports.com.
I can't believe all these injuries this year, it is just so amazing that we had so many back before the season started and now more players are gone during the season. I just can't help but think that maybe these injuries are happening for a reason.... maybe to show Mr. Goodell that 18 games is a bad thing and that keeping at 16 is just right. Everything happens for a reason and just maybe all these injuries will prevent a 18 game season from happening if Roger faces the truth.

Early on in the Redskins/Packers game the Packers suffer another injury to add to their long list of injuries.

http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2010/10/10/jermichael-finley-carted-off-with-injury/
Tight end Jermichael Finley was carted off the field with what appeared to be a knee injury.

The injury occurred on a play when Packers tight end Donald Lee lost a fumble, so it's been a rocky start for Green Bay.
Wow The Pack keeps taking more hits and losing more players.

I don't know if anybody has mentioned this but looks like Mark Clayton might be out for the year.
The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that Rams WR Mark Clayton says that the knee injury he sustained in Week 5's game at Detroit will end his season.
That sucks for Mark, he was really a stud with the Rams. At least this should halt the Housh/Clayton talks.

Sounds like Finley could be out for two weeks (according to him):
The Packers official team website reports that TE Jermichael Finley, who was carted off the field Sunday in Week 5 at Washington, has injured a hamstring ligament and not a knee. He was taken off the field in the first quarter and did not return, and he was on the sidelines with crutches. Finley told the website that he thinks the injury will keep him out a week or two and is not season ending.
More Bad News for the Pack, Aaron Rodgers has a Concussion.

http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2010/10/10/packers-dealt-another-blow-aaron-rodgers-suffers-concussion/
The Packers haven't offered much information about what happened, but Rodgers appeared to have been hurt on his last pass of the game, which was intercepted. Rodgers will need to be medically cleared before he can practice this week, or play next Sunday against the Dolphins.
Damn, Mark was really shining out there with the Rams... more speculation by me! Clayton Out.... Vincent Jackson In???

Is Roger Goodell taking note of all these injuries happening because look at all the injuries we have just 5 weeks into the regular season of a 16 game season, I know it's all about the money but I think players health needs to be taken into consideration with this 18 game schedule seeing how bad the injuries are this season. I'm hoping all these injuries lead to no 18 Game Season.

If Vincent Jackson isn't in, I guess that makes Danny Amendola their top WR.

Just Breaking News: Packers TE Jermichael Finley is done for the year.

http://www.nfl.com/news/story/09000d5d81b4bd2a/article/packers-take-another-hit-te-finley-likely-out-for-season?module=breaking_news
Green Bay Packers starting tight end Jermichael Finley is very likely to be placed on injured reserve after undergoing knee surgery, league sources told NFL Network insider Jason La Canfora on Wednesday.

Finley's surgery Tuesday revealed much more knee damage than expected, and Finley has told teammates he is done for the season.
Well more adjustments to Fantasy Rosters if you have Finley, start looking for a new TE.

Things are worst for the 1-4 Dallas Cowboys. Tony Romo has a injured left thumb.

http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2010/10/18/romo-has-injured-left-thumb/
According to Calvin Watkins of ESPNDallas.com, Romo has an injured left thumb. X-rays will be taken on Monday. The hand was swollen and wrapped after the game as a result of an injury that occurred in the second half of Sunday's 24-21 loss to the Vikings.
If Romo is out for a couple games... and the way Dallas is struggling I look smart for trading Tony Romo, and I need Jacksonville to keep winning so I look even more smarter getting David Garrard in return.

If it was on his right hand, I could see him out for a few games. But on the left hand, he might play through.

Another TE possibly out for the season... Colts TE Dallas Clark has a hand/wrist injury that could sideline him the rest of the year.

http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2010/10/20/dallas-clark-out-indefinitely-possibly-for-season/
It's not known what, exactly, the nature of the injury is, but whatever it is, a hand/wrist injury isn't something a receiving tight end can just play through. This sounds like a significant injury to one of the Colts' most important players.

Colts coach Jim Caldwell said Clark is "being evaluated" but gave no other details.
This will hurt the Colts offense.

Wow. And Dallas Clark is apparently being placed on IR. That moved really quick from out of the blue. Two of the top TE's are now done for the year.

I saw that. Sucks to be Peyton. Two of his favorite targets are gone (although Collie will be back eventually, I think).

Collie should be back in a few weeks. His surgery on his hands doesn't require any pin backs or restriction of movement.

Clark's injury sounds more like what happened to Urlacher last year which caused him to be out for the season.

2 Things:

1) Raise Your Hand if You are scrambling to Find a TE now that Dallas Clark is out for the season.

2) This Thread is like 4-5 pages and that is just filled with injuries from the rest of the league... Does the NFL still want 18 Games after seeing all these injuries??
