Awesome Private Theater For Ravens Games

4 posts in this topic

Aside from being a big Ravens fan, I also love relaxing and playing some video games. The other day I was taking a jog and I found this place that combines both of these in an amazing fashion. It is a gaming/LAN center in Forest Hill, MD, and I decided to take a look around to see what they had. Simply put, I was blown away. The place has a bunch of setups for gaming (Xboxes, PS3s, and a Wii), but what really caught my attention was the private theater.

Have I caught your attention yet? lol It's decked out with 1080p resolution, Dolby surround sound, subwoofers, and more. There are Italian leather recliners (built in cup holders to boot!) as well as an elevated bar in the back with stools. And yes, it is BYOB.

As the owner showed me around, he mentioned he was a big Ravens fan (which went without saying after I saw an autographed Ray Lewis photograph on a plaque). He told me that for the entire season, it is available for renting out for private parties for the entire game. I thought it would be at least $500 for a set up like this, but he said he's only charging $200 for the entire duration of each game (the room can hold 20 people comfortably, so it's pretty much 10 bucks per person) and he's even throwing in free gaming during half time for all those Madden freaks (they already have 2 copies of Madden 10).

So yeah, I'm definitely reserving this for (at least) one of the games this season, and if you want to have a Ravens party with a bunch of friends, you should definitely look into reserving a game as well because I'm sure they won't last long. The place's website is graphixgaming.com or just call them at 410-420-6811 and ask for the owner, Brian.
