Load up on some Jerome Harrison. The RB battle has been settle ala Ben Tate style.

Hardesty tore ACL and is out for year. Source

And the Broncos are back to square one. They cut Justin Fargas a few days ago and now Lendale White is out for the year with a torn Archilles. Source That leaves the Broncos with just Moreno & Buckhalter again.

Can anybody say Derrick Ward?

BTW way apparently Ward met with both the Seahawks and Texans. I am unsure what the hell is up with the Seahawks and wanted a lot of running backs. But I would prefer him to go to Seattle then ruin the fantasy situations in Denver and Texas.

Wow. I picked James Davis up last night but don't know if I even want to hold onto him anymore.

I was acutally laughing at the people who were drafting Harrison so early, because I thought that Hardesty would eventually take the feature back role and be a stud.

...Well, now I'm being laughed at because someone in my money league drafted Harrison and now has Turner, Harrison, Greene and Grant.

That's one loaded back-field.

Yea but he does have Ochocinco, Hines Ward and Tony Gonzales as his WR's and TE. Not trusting that team too much.

That's a pretty suspect group; I wouldn't trust that team either. He needs to make some deals.

How do you like Hakeem Nicks this year ER20? WR 2?

It is "very unlikely" Michael Bush plays week 1 against Tennessee... Is Run DmC worth a start over Felix Jones and Shonn Greene on my roster?

Cowboys trade WR Patrick Crayton to San Diego Chargers for 7th Rd pick.

Crayton's value just went up a whole lot. He has a better QB with Rivers then he did wih Romo. He is likely to be the #2 guy there if VJax holdsout or gets traded

I wouldn't say his value went up a whole lot. It didn't even go up at all. He's not really in a better position fantasy wise, but can really help San Diego. He'll be used a return man and a slot reciever. His value is about the same as it was with Dallas.

I like him as a WR2. He's special after the catch and is only really competing with Steve Smith for targets.

I'd start him over Greene but not Jones. I don't see Greene doing much against the Ravens but Jones is a much of a big-play threat as McFadden and plays in a much better offense.

Make that very doubtful. National Football Post reported

An orthopedic surgeon, not Bush's doctor, told the newspaper that four to six weeks is the best-case scenario for such an injury.
Even though I know projections do not really mean anything. Am I the only one rather confused with Laurence Maroney's huge drop in projected points on Yahoo? He dropped from 8-10 points per game, to barely over 1 point per game. Am I missing something here?

Well the reports are he's dealing with multiple injuries. Back, ankle, knee. Plus Fred Taylor is looking beastly.

Maroney is a bust. He'll give you maybe two great games a season.

So much news today.

I feel bad for Housh owners. Now it's let's spin the wheel and find out what's the deal?

Maybe he'll land up in a better situation, like the Vikings.

Maroney is incredibly inconsistent, yeah. He's done wonders for me last season though. Which is the only reason I'm finding it hard to release him.

Yes! Julius Jones has been cut from the murky RB situation in Seatlle. Source

Too bad I did not invest in Forsett or Washington.

I still don't think that either one would be a viable option. Seattle will flat out suck this year, and that doesn't bode well for any player, no matter how talented. Plus, didn't Forsett reach those huge numbers against the Rams and some other really bad team last year, in garbage time? No thanks.

Damn that man! Julius Jones is a gnat. Not surprise he took a pay cut. He probably figured he better do that or else he won't make it with another team.

Aww, what?

I just drafted Justin Forsett in the 9th round of another fantasy league thinking "Muahaha. Now he's only got to limit the carries Leon Washington gets." But noo, Pete Carroll has to screw me over.

This won't be forgiven. Ya hear me Pete?!

With an exclusive interview with Cbssports, Randy Moss says he doesn't feel "wanted" in New England. Ofcourse this has to do with the lack of a contract extension?

I can't see the Patriots extended his contract even if he does have a big year? Does this whole not feeling wanted thing affect the amount of plays he takes off? Or will he work that much harder at playing tough.

Mendenhall owners you've been warned. Bummer.
Tomlin identified Redman as a player who will have "an opportunity" to be used in short-yardage situations for first downs or touchdowns. "He's been very good in that area in the two-plus years he has been here, largely in preseason," Tomlin said. "We are going to give him the opportunity to see if he can excel."
Chiefs D/ST looks promising.
It does. But remember that San Diego always struggles early in the season. Just be careful with the KC D. With that being said they are a good bet against Cleveland next week.

Special teams with Arenas and Mcluster will be huge for them.

Yeah, they explosive. Too bad they did reel in any ST TD's.

Already have a claim on him in all four leagues. Even though I am absolutely stacked at RB in two leagues.
