Does Anyone Still Watch The Grammy's?

I wasnt even aware that they still came on. I havent watched it since I was like 10. Anyways, did you watch and what did you like or dislike?

Well, I missed it, and sadly, I was told that this was one of the better shows in recent years.

I did catch the Kanye West performance online, though, and I thought it was a nice touch to have Daft Punk there live to back him up on "Stronger," and then his performance of "Dear Mama" was really genuine and emotional.

I'll have to dig up the rest of the performances later...

I missed the grammy's too. thank god for rappers like Kanye, otherwise people like Soulja Boy would undeservedly receive a grammy.

I have not watched an awards show since my son was in the hospital with croup 6 years ago and that was all that was on besides Sponge Bob which drives me up the ever loving wall.

I watch two things on TV - football and cartoons, anime mostly but definitely NOT Sponge Bob. As for the rest of network television, I'd rather gouge out my eyes with a rusty spoon. I did look up Kanye's performance on YouTube though.

Whenever I see the Grammy's are coming on, I always think of the Simpson's episode where Homer's band wins a Grammy. They break up shortly after and Homer throw the Grammy out of a hotel window. Some guy picks it up and says, "Hey an award!...awww it's just a Grammy."

I really don't get why so many people (even adults) go ga-ga over Sponge Bob. I can understand the Simpsons, South Park, King of the Hill, Family Guy, etc...but every time I try to watch Sponge Bob, it's just - well, dumb.

didnt catch it, but i read up on it and heard about it from different people that did watch it...personally i think Kanye's Tribute to his mother was one of Pure Emotion and feel....one to which everyone who either watched or was there in person, had to feel "connected" with him in some way or another....funny how even the slightest or the littlest thing...can bring such a large amount of attention or a large amount of people together for the same cause.
