All I have to say is Andre Johnson is a beast in this game. In all the past years Madden I have stayed away from endzone fades and jump ball situations. But then I found Andre.

Now I can't wait to throw him a fade on the one yard line.

Try a fade with Calvin in the end zone, almost impossible to stop.

Does anyone here spend hours outside of Franchise Mode working on the Contracts of each player? I do and this is the longest thing ever! Now your probably asking why I do this, well for 1 I save the AI from being dumb and releasing people they shouldn't. Second, I follow the Restrictions from last season in which you have to have 6 years of service to become a FA other wise your tendered in which anyone who hasn't played 6 years I go through every team and lower their OVR to 74 to give them 2 year contracts so that it's somewhat realistic when I'm not playing a 32 team Franchise.

I hope in Madden 12, they add Contracts to Player Info and you can edit Contracts right there in the Player Info outside of Franchise because this is a huge pain! I started with the Ravens and I'm now at the Bengals... I started this about 8:30.

This may make me sound retarded lol but just wanted to point out how much better flacco is now compared to the beginning of the year. Last night i was finally able to update the rosters for the first time this season.... Played afriend twice and blew him out both times... With kindle suggs n Ngata on the line for passing downs its almost too easy... On offense it was the ray rice show...

Made me wonder how nasty our team would be if we actually had gather, fox and kindle this year

Started playing with the Packers yesterday, and went 2-1. The Ravens just weren't cutting it anymore for some reason.

You should try a fantasy draft. That's one of my favorite parts. Playing the Ravens but getting to pick the guys. I did end up with a lot of Ravens though.

My Current Ravens Roster has these players
QB - Flacco
RB - Rice
WR - Andre Johnson, P Garcon, D Amendola
TE - M Lewis

MLB - Timmons
DL - Tuck, Henderson, Orakpo

I was talking about online, but I have tried this and it is very fun to assemble a team.

My team:
QB - Bradford
RB - Deangelo Williams
WR - Dez Bryant, Royal, Manningham
TE - D Lee

CB - Nnamandi, Hayden, Wilson
S - Byrd, L Landry
MLB: D Ryans, Rolando McClain
OLB: Suggs, Mathews
DE: Mario Williams, Ray Edwards
DT: Suh, Mt. Cody

As you can see, I focused on defense.

Just continuing my Bills Franchise on my way to rebuilding them and I have done a great job. Finished 5-11 in the first season, moved back to the 4-3 and grabbed a solid DE to build around, I got a solid LT in the 2nd round. Traded for JD Walton the Center for the Broncos to be my new Center and have a very good offensive line. Picked up Melvin Bullit in the off-season to be my SS. The First game of the new season I played the Jets on MNF and I went out and beat the Jets 25 to 7. My new DE started out the game on the first play with a sack on Sanchez, Marcus Stroud plays much better in the 4-3 and had a good game.

Jets defense was tough on Fitzpatrick early on but right at the end of the 2nd quarter I took all the momentum, by sacking Sanchez twice including 1 for a safety! Score at the end of the first half was 12 to 7. I deferred the kick off so I got the ball back, scored and took it all the way. Leodis McKelvin finished off the game with a interception in the end zone and I killed the clock the rest of the way and won!

Stats:
Fitzpatrick 17/22 284 Yards 1 TD 0 INT
Sanchez 5/10 84 Yards 1 TD INT
Fred Jackson 17 Attempts 147 Yards 1 TD Longest Run 56
LT 9 Attempts 82 Yards Longest Run 58 Yards

TOP:
Bills 18:25
Jets 5:35

Sacks on Sanchez: 6 Sacks

I did get to the end zone late in the 4th when I was killing clock, and so to not make Edwards mad I didn't decide to run up the score lol.

Felt like drafting a 4-3 team because I got a little bored of lighting teams up with my offense in my other Fantasy draft. Tried to go 2000 Ravens style so more to the beef positions rather than skill

DE - Orakpo, Brandon Graham
DT - Ngata, Suh
OLB - Kindle, Boley
MLB - Vilma (McClain backup)
CB - Samuel, T.McGee, Ross, Wilson
S - Merriweather and Landry

I have Winston, Brown, Lupati, Loadholt on my Oline with Winslow at TE, McClain at FB followed by Turner the Burner.

Kinda lame wideouts with D.Thomas, Manningham, Benn and Heyward Bey and Colt McCoy at QB lol.

Tamme is an undercover stud in Madden. 90 catch? He'll catch anything you throw his way.

Calvin Johnson is a glitch. Get as close as possible to the goal line and throw a fade. Will work EVERYTIME.

Andre Johnson is the same way. You throw a fade. They run, turn around, grab the ball and plant the feet everytime. Love it. The fades never use to work.

there are a lot of generated rookies who are unstoppable on fades once you get a few years in. the amount of 6'4 99 jumping guys is unreal!

I just played the most epic game of my life last night. I was the Ravens and some dude over Live was the Redskins. The game was in Washington. I was beating him 21-0 at the end of the first quarter so I thought he'd quit. Wrong.

The final score of the game: Me, 118. Him, 7.

I had 799 total yards of offense, McNabb had a 17.8 rating, 14 for 48, 269 yards, 1 TD and 7 INTs. Flacco had a rating of 155.7, 29 of 39, 794 yards, 15 TDs and no INTs lol. Boldin had 284 yard, 6 TDs. Rice had 163 yards with 3 TDs receiving and Dickson had 329 yards and 5 TDs Hahahahaha

He didn't score until the fourth and still it was 4th and long. I brought pressure to make him panic and throw one up but I think Webb blew coverage and he got a 30 yard TD to Armstrong

Still, it's a game I'll always remember and I'll tell my children's children about that epic night.
