Anybody else play this game? It was AMAZING For the time of release i just beat it and cried when my horse fell off the bridge. But after i beat it I was super sad I want the second one...
Anyway anybody know anything cool bout this game? Or more info to a sequel or spin off?

I did enjoy this game myself. Different style of play than most games. The horse was pretty sad from what I remember.

I haven't heard anything about a sequel to the game but if they did have something for PS3 I would probably play it.

To cross to the last boss the horse had to go across a bridge and the bridge fell the horse threw me onto the ledge and fell into a gorge

Shadow of the Colossus is one of my all time favorite games. I absolutely loved it.

It is the prequel to the game [url="http://ps2.ign.com/objects/014/014833.html"]Ico[/url], which I highly recommend. Ico was actually released before SoTC and tells the story of a young boy with horns who is sent to a witch's castle as a sacrifice. While there he meets a princess and they attempt to escape together.

When you play the game you are occasionally attacked by shadow creatures who want to re-capture Yorda (the princess), and you need to keep her safe while finding a way out of the castle. It was a beautiful game when it first came out, and even after playing my ps3, I still think it looks nice. If you liked Shadow of the Colossus, you're going to have to play Ico; there's no other option, lol.

I remember the bird I wasn't a big fan of. The place you had to fight him was just scary with the lake.

Now it is all coming back to me. I really hated the one that you fought inside the Colosseum type thing. Where he would climb walls and shoot things at you.

Never played it myself. I've heard a lot of good things about it and saw it in "Reign Over Me", but never played got around to playing it.

That one was tough to figure out, but I really hated the small armoured ones (and it stunk that you basically had to face the same thign twice.)

How long did it take you guys to realize what was happening to the character?

I was on like colossi #6 before I was finally went "Woah, what's going on?"

Wait what happened to the character? I can't remember.

Oh I just had another one I really really hated. The one where he comes out of a cave and shoots fireballs at you. And you had to stab under his foot. I struggled with this boss.

I also remember the little armored guy you talked about. The one that charges at you. He was tough too.

The main character turns into a demon made up of every colosi
The turtle boss thing was super easy after i found out what i needed to do.
Am i the only one who got mad and just blew up the boss with arrows?
Then got sad cuz it didn't work...

amazing game. great game play, best ps2 graphics ever, and the system suffered from some lag in turn. Loved finding the colosi, then the music kicking in and the starts. Those boss fights were incredible, the scale of them. the ps2 was begging for mercy.

Mine was fine the only thing was the scenery would glitch and I would see the wrong object apart of the scenery.

the frame rate drops, alot of console gamers dont pick up on it. it didnt effect the gameplay tho.

I tried to run away from my horse and I fell down a cliff (I could hear him making noises but he never got to me) and when I got back he was lying on his side like he was dead and floating in the air.

Just thought I'd share that random story.

do yourself a favor kobra , if you want another really good game, pick up Resident Evil 4 for PC or ps2.

But it's so pretty and so much fun. The horse should have loved it as much as I did.
