hate to say this but freaking call Frank Walker and just tell him it's the playoffs!
Honestly, we are at the point where I would sign Frank.

WTH is up with these guys and Knees? Seriously? We have been PLAGUED at the CB postion with knee problems. This is making me a bit sick to my stomach.
Just in case no one knows this already, CB is one of the best positions to play if you want knee problems. The change of direction CBs have to do is so harsh. People can't even understand unless they've actually done it.

The FO really needs to get creative and find someone soon.

The year the Ravens offense gets balance is the same year the Ravens defense implodes with injuries. I know you still have to play the games but dang!

The Ravens aren't the only team plagued with injuries at CB. The Colts go through this every year with their entire DB corps, as well as the Eagles, the Patriots, the Redskins, and many other teams. It's something that, by nature of the position, you'll see injuries at. You're expected to match the speed of a WR -- but going backwards. Additionally, that sudden change of direction isn't healthy for your knees after doing it so many times with such velocity and repetition.

It has to be a curse ... Maybe the curse of Chris McAlister. Since him and Harbs didnt get along, he put a curse on the Raven cornerbacks.

He will be out for the whole year. Done. Wow!

There is not way around it, a trade has to be an option. There is only a certain amount of levels you can say "Next Man Up"

The options we have aren't enough to survive.

I say we get Frank Walker as our number 1 corner. He's gonna be a Hall of Famer one day. Just kidding.

We should get Darelle Revis for Troy Smith. Whoops, that won't work either?? Dang...

What about Nnamdi for McGahee?? That'll work for sure.... (5 seconds later, I get a call from Al Davis saying that he'd trade Nnamdi for Smith. I freak out thinking he's joking, but then I remember he's the one who drafted Darrius Heyward-Bey before Michael Crabtree. Then I rejoice).

The CB position was plagued even before Harbaugh started. Depth has been limited since 2007, while 2004-2006 was a relatively healthy stretch at CB.

Harbs said fox tore his acl. Was untouched but planted wrong. Said both webb and washington could be ready Week 1.

Unbelievable.

Time to call up Frank Walker.
I can't believe that I am inclined to agree.

We need to just stock up on CBs and hope a few of them cut it.

Suggs better be the MVP this league. We need him to become a sack and pressure monster.

I worry that Webb might push himself too hard to get back now and end up injuring himself again. Hopefully he can get back to the team by Week 1 completely healthy but I worry.

We need a trade, but I don't see Ozzie doing one. Get ready to see Chris Carr and KJ Gerard starting.
Who is there really to trade, though? Too many young backups at various positions that are unproven, and too many veteran starters that are up there in age with little trade value. Trevor Pryce and Kelly Gregg wouldn't get much interest. Too risky to trade Dawan Landry with Haruki Nakamura just returning from an injury and Tom Zbikowski and Ken Hamlin possibly being rotated in Ed Reed's place. There's really no one on offense other than Willis McGahee that could risk being traded without a significant drop-off at the position.

And frankly, a team wouldn't bite on McGahee if he's on the wrong side of 30 and could be a free agent soon anyway. There are other, cheaper RB options that teams could explore if they wanted a veteran RB.
