Great Video To Get Hyped Up For This Season

I absolutely love that video, discovered it a few years back. I would watch it before every cross-country or track race I ran in, it got my adrenaline pumping. Ray Lewis is a leader of men.

Haha, sorry about that.

It just needs to be updated (Ed Reed's interception return for a TD vs the Eagles, Ray's hit on Sproles, Kruger's interception vs the Steelers, Reed's fumble recovery where he backpedals into the end zone against the Redskins, etc).

Videos like this make me despise the offseason.

That's what I was thinking! It only goes up to '06, the Ravens D has had plenty of great moments since then.

Me, too. Looking at it closely, I think (for me) it's because not only is it a monstrous hit, but Lewis is slightly off the ground when he collides with the Jaguar player, who is also in midair at the moment of contact. Plus, it's a perfect angle to capture the hit itself. For you, it may be something else. Just shooting the moon here.

I agree with you. He used perfect form and drove through the Jaguar with his legs.

Yep. The hit was actually on Jimmy Smith. This video shows him coming down after making the catch(0:23):

Wow...that hit hurts me just watching it...poor Jimmy. Ray is such an incredible football player. I hope one day I enjoy my job half as much as he enjoys his.

Yea, I found out about this video about 2 years ago. I have it saved on my PS3 and before every Ravens game or before I hop on a game of Madden to dismantle someone with the Ravens, I look at this video almost every time. Someone needs to upgrade it/ add to it.

Definitely. Requiem for a Dream is a great song for the video itself. I know it's pretty popular amongst other hype videos, as well.
