Ravens receivers.

More hard-nosed, hard working and complimentary players who will all understand their roles on the team.

I bet this Cincinnati experiments implodes!

Agree.

Just because the "oh so great T.O." joins an already stellar receiving core, doesn't meant they're automatically an unstoppable force. T.O. didn't have a great year last season in Buffalo, that we can all agree on, but he comes now to the AFC North where the defense is a lot better. Let's see how he fairs against a hard nosed AFC North.

Time will tell this story, but 4 my money I'll take the Ravens recievers. Too many issues over in that other locker room. I think our recievers all have the same goal...Win!!!

Didn't vote because its so close. As far as implosion potential though, Cincy is a time bomb. I chuckled today when I read an article about Palmer and TO developing "chemistry". Couldn't help but think Ocho would be jealous :D . When the stakes are high and expectations even higher (think TO in Philly/Dallas, Ocho annually) the greater the chance for drama. Buffalo had no expectations, so TO just went through the motions. Cincy has SB aspirations and if they lose a few early it will be popcorn time. Man I hope we can pull that one out in week 2.

Nicks missed acouple catches but Jackson is legit...
What? You do realize he was pointing out they were both fringe first round prospects, while Miles Austin and the young talent on our team (David Reed, Justin Harpers, Eron Riley, Marcus Smith, etc) were all late round picks right?

What does the fact that Nicks doesn't have the most reliable hands of all receivers have to do with that point?

Buffalo's o-line and QB were pretty poor though.

51 picks picked the Ravens.<no insults>

Chad, T.O, Caldwell, Greshem, Bryant > Boldin, Mason, Stallworth, Clayton, Heap.

I don't see how anyone is <no insults> for having an opinion on receiving corps we haven't even see play yet.

3 of which haven't even lined up for the Bengals in a regular season game yet - and one rookie who hasn't played an NFL snap. We have 2 pro bowlers and a wealth of options for #3 and #4 guys - as well as some great prospects at TE.

They are both equally stacked and I can't wait to see how it shakes out!! I can see it now...same play with TO and 85 getting blasted across the middle by Ray and.....Landry? Ellerbe? Dare I say Ed?

Chad got rocked by Ray last year and took a shot from Ed back in '06; it's T.O.'s turn now to get some "love" from the Ravens. Would love to see something like this done to him.

I'll take our receiving corps over the Bengals. Dante Stallworth gives us the reliable, big-play, vertical threat that we have lacked for years. Anquan Boldin gives us the edge with his ability to get open across the middle of the field and to run after a catch. Derrick Mason has an uncanny ability to get open on the sidelines, especially on crucial third downs. This should be more relevant now that teams can't double team him. Unfortunately for them, this will only allow Ray Rice to continue to rack up the yardage on the short passes out of the backfield. While Todd Heap has been primarily used as a blocking TE, I see him becoming more of a factor in the passing game this year, as teams focus on the Boldin, Mason, and Rice, leaving him open for a big play.

Really, you arguably can say the same thing about Mark Clayton...
no.. no you can't

Clayton has been in the league for what... 5 years now...

he still hasn't "proven" himself? He's far too inconsistent
