I am really waiting out to here more on this issue but this was quoted from the late for work blog
"Aaron Wilson of Carroll County Times reported the 43rd-overall selection had swelling inside his skull when he was admitted to the hospital, but a source close to the Ravens linebacker says he’s gotten much better over the past day or two and should make a full recovery. "

I tried to fall down two flights of stairs last night. Very difficult.

We are going to need more testing! Get back to work try some more scenarios.

+ Try with a sled
+ Get sloshed and walk down the stairs as they spin
+ At the top of the stairs tell your GF that you knocked up someone else.

Let's see how these scenarios play out with two flights of stairs.

Well being I tripped last night in downtown baltimore, slammed my shoulder in the corner of a City Paper box and gave myself a huge bruise... I can't hate on the man!

According to ESPN he's expected to sign his contract by the end of the week and be on the field within 7 days.

I like how people like to assume the worst. There are many reasons why he could of fell down the stairs. It happens to normal people, and athletes can have accidents too. We don't know what kind of stairs they were, there are stairs where it is easier to fall down two flights. We don't know the situation. So instead of insulting, speculating, and ruining the mans reputation. We should just hope he gets better until more details come out.

I jumped down like 8 stairs once while rollerblading. Sadly enough I found out halfway down I wasn't made for the X games.

If it was one flight of stairs, I'd say sure people trip down stairs, etc. But two flights? You have to do something special to go down that second flight. Hell I would know!

<Let's go a bit easy on the speculation. A man's reputation is at stake.>
Well, considering there was head trauma involved, I would assume that there's a definite probability that he blacked out during the fall. If that was the case, from there on, anything is possible. There's no point in judging a man or his character because of an accident we have little information about. Whatever happened, I wish him a speedy recovery and pray for his safety in the future.

Take in mind he can't TRAVEL for 3 weeks.......what about tackling and laying hits on people? It could be a couple months before we see him on the field.

Hope the best for him.

PUP list? I wonder how this will effect his contract. Hopefully he recovers just fine and Suggs is in tip top shape. We need that pass rush!

It does sound like he will be a PUP list candidate especially since he's a rookie and won't be in training camp.

As for the contract the Ravens won't be extending any offer until they know the full status of everything going on. I doubt he signs this week as outlets are still reporting. It's really risky territory here.

Weird as it sounds, that actually seems somewhat feasible. Strange, but feasible.

If you're in a house you're not familiar with and there's no lights whatsoever, intoxicated or not, you can fall down a flight of steps. Now, two flights seems outrageous, but depending on how the house is built...well, you never know.
