I had no doubt in my mind that Matthews wouldn't be playing. He can come out and say he's feeling great and might play, yada, yada, yada. But the bottom line is he has a high ankle sprain. He won't play this week, probably won't be playing next. They claim it as a less severe high ankle sprain. So I expect Matthews to miss nothing less than 2 games. He could miss upwards of 4 games.

The same thing happened to Turner last year. It's a good thing you added Tolbert to yuour roster.

Same here. SD should get an early lead against Seattle, so hopefully Tolbert can get a lot of his carries in garbage time which will boost his stat line. I hope he see's a lot of red zone touches as well.

Yep. I've always thought he was a pretty good RB for someone his size. Glad he's getting an opportunity.

This blows. I've fallen behind in this league because I got football and school but I really can't believe I have Grant, Wells, and Rice on injury (or at least have been). The worst part is I could have started Jahvid Best over the injured Beanie Wells or Ricky Williams over the injured Ryan Grant.

I'm really starting to consider dropping Pierre Garcon. After the great end of the season last year, I figured he'd at least be a decent back-up or flex player. But two sub-par fantasy games and now he's not making the trip to Denver. Ugh. Glad I went with Collie in my Yahoo league (second in the league for WR points).

I also like how I picked up Vick to be my back-up to Schaub as well as Tolbert to take over for Brandon Jackson at RB this week. Hopefully it's enough to edge by Wacko again (this time in JO's ESPN league). Hell, might even pick up Zach Miller at TE since whoever had him was smart enough to drop him to Waivers... in exchange for Aaron Hernandez.

I haven't been on BR.com all day, and I just saw the score of the game. You better hope that AR doesn't throw anymore to Finley. If he tosses one more TD, you could win the game. It seems to be coming down to the wire.

Yea I can't believe that. Oh, and I have Knowshon Moreno. My teams have never failed on me because of injuries, now I'm 1-2 because of them, more than likely 1-3 after week 4. I hope Johnson can play this week, as well as Rice. I could really use the both of them.

Did you snag him? Everyday I've seen him sitting there, just can't ever see myself benching Rodgers and just don't have roster room for him. So I kept passing.

Nah, I didn't snatch him up, Low Rider did. Instead I dropped Marcedes Lewis for Chris Cooley. I'm kicking myself for not picking up Orton though, would have given me a nice option behind Schaub, since I'm not sold on Eli Manning this year.

Yeah Orton is better than Eli Manning right now. Would've been a good switch out.

I've been going with the one QB all season, Rodgers. It's been working for me, keep my bench stacked with RBs & Wrs. But Orton kept on tempting me everyday. I'm glad he's off the waiver finally.

I only needed 5 more yards from Rodgers to get the 4 point bonus plus the 1 point for the 25 yards. They should've challenged that 4th and inches spot.
