Romo Ravens

I have to say Romo I am a big fan of your team. (Well you did steal some of the guys I wanted with your two picks).

Your starting lineup is great. Your backups decent.

Only thing I would say is I wouldn't hold onto Leon Washington that long. And since you have Antonio Gates you really do not need John Carlson. Do you really think you'll ever bench Gates for Carlson? You could probably have some other sleeper RB/WR on your bench.

Don't hold onto two defenses too long, your better off keeping a sleeper RB/WR on your bench then a backup D. I understand your love affair with the Ravens defense. But they do have a lot of tough matchups this year.

I will never have more than one defense at a time on my team. And throughout the year I'll probably have started 10 different defenses.
A friend gave me the idea and so I picked up WR Devin Thomas off waivers. With McNabb in DC, Santana being #1 WR with maybe the double coverage, Devin could have a breakout year.

Plus I just read on rotoworld that Malcolm Kelly has hamstring injury so Thomas will get more reps, so he he is more likely to be #2 guy instead of Kelly or Galloway.

I got rid of James Jones because his hand are questionable. And apprently jermichael Finley is expect to have more receptions then Jones, and I have Finley on my team, so I didnt see a reason to keep Jones. So Dolphins D replaces Jones.

and Dolphins D plays Buffalo week 1!!! YES!

Yea, tell me about it. You would think the whole league is full of Ravens fans! I took a gamble with my 11th overrall pick, but hey, what's FF without betting on luck.

I would have drafted Mendenhall if I were you but Austin isn't a bad pick at that spot.

Now your thinking like a fantasy pro. Devin Thomas does have a lot of upside. He is clearly the #2 guy in Washington. And he should get an opportunity to break out this year. He's a candidate for a sleeper.

And your right on about Jones. The problem with Jones is that there are too many players on that team to allow him to get opportunities on a regular basis. Keep an eye on his progress throughout the season though.

I just don't like Mendenhall. I was actually offered him and Braylon Edwards today for Calvin Johnson lol.

No Ben for 4 possibly 6 games so defenses will stack the box. It doesn't help that he plays us and the Bengals twice. Then their best offensive lineman Colon is out, so their line could be even worst then years past. It just wasn't a good situation in my eyes. The only person I would have picked there other than Austin would be Greene, but I wanted to go WR heavy.

I know Schlereth isn't the most well rounded Fantasy guru, but he ran a segment today on ESPN about Rashard. He said not to pick Forte last year in the first, and he said the same thing about Mendenhall for reasons I put up above. I just like Austin this year.

My biggest concern is Santonio Holmes, biggest problem is his suspension, plus its unclear if Holmes is the #1 WR or not.

Sanchez could have a sophmore slump or even get injured again. He could re-injure his knee, I mean just ask at Brady, all it took was 1 sack and he was out for the season. It could take only 1 sack or tackle in preseason or regular season for Sanchez to re-injure his knee, and I don't think Jets have any good backup QB's.

Knowing Rex Ryan, the Jets will be more of a Run team with Greene, LT and rookie Joe McKnight. Jets have good offensive weapons with Keller, Edwards, J-Co, David Clowney(who has some potential) and then traded for Santonio. Holmes may not even get many receptions if team run's the ball more and they spread the ball out.

I should've drafted Mendenhall before Rodgers as well.

Rodgers better live up to the hype this year.

Don't worry Rodgers will be the #1 fantasy QB this year....

I just hope that means good things for Ryan Grant

You guys do realize this league doesn't penalize on INT's and fumbles, don't you? Your QB can throw 5 TD's with 4 INT's, yet it won't matter. That's major point city.

I wouldn't draft Mendenhall in the 1st either but even with Ben missing time, I think he'll give you 1st round value by season's end. I've been watching the guy since college and he's a damn good RB.

He should. His o-line has been upgraded, he'll technically be getting a new weapon in Finley and he's another year wiser. I smell a run on 5000 yards barring an injuries.

In that case; Mark "Dirty" Sanchez, Jake Delohme, and Jay Cutler suddenly look like better fantasy options.

Not to mention Adrain "fumbilitis" Peterson

I understand. Hate to admit but I'm pretty high on Mendenhall and two other Steelers this year.

Wacko, penalizing is taking points away. It still rewards for INT's and fumbles, but QB's and RB's dont get points deducted

Defenses aren't affected Wacko.

You haven't heard of Wacko's party ER20? You never had an invite? I'm not your friend anymore Wacko.

You misunderstand. QBs won't be penalized for mistakes; defenses will get points normally.
