I was just looking at twitter and came across Ray Rice and Ochocinco, I know they're just playing around, but thought it was interesting haha.

I don't know why, but Ocho Cinco talking trash to and about the Ravens really annoys me. I mean in this instance, he's laughing about a poor penalty call that was a large reason we lost to Cincy last season.

I love Ocho... and him talking trash on the Ravens makes me laugh, not angry.

I mean just think about it, when you're playing a sport who do you talk the most trash to? YOUR FRIENDS! At least that's how it is for me, and it's always just in good fun. I honestly think that Ocho is probably one of Ravens favorite players to play; even when the game itself means nothing, Ocho opens his mouth and gives you a reason to get fired up and bring it. These guys go back and forth for fun, then after the game hug it out and share a laugh. Chad Ochocinco doesnt mean a word of it in malice.

I might get neg'ed for this, but I would welcome Ochocinco to Baltimore with open arms! Minus a few of his TD celebrations (esp. that hideous HoF jacket he wore... pretty lame) not so much bc I hate showboaters, but bc they werent creative and were more embarassing to himself and his team than his opponent; but otherwise dude is a hardworker, runs some of the most crisp routes in the NFL, has great hands, a great personality once you realize the fact that most of his arrogance is sarcasm, and isnt afraid to go over the middle and take the hit (although he might think twice about doing it against us after the whoopin Ray laid on him). I think he'd make a great Raven and would be welcomed by the players...

Now usually I don't mind Chad's antics in this era of NFL where we have a commissioner who is determined to make the NFL soft with all these rules taking away defenses and handing out penalties for celebrations but I'm trying to figure out what he is saying by we may not score if Rice hides being the refs as usual. As Usual? Wasn't the refs who handed you the game in Baltimore because they saw fit the hit was too violent since Ray took your helmet off, in which Chad you should have had it on tighter and we are the ones hiding behind the refs, Ravens don't hide behind the refs, we don't need to rely on stupid nfl rules to give us wins, if we aren't good enough to win on sunday, if we don't out score the opponent in 60 minutes, well that's our fault. I love how he is laughing at the fact his team won a game because of the refs, I wonder if he was laughing when Stokely caught the tipped pass for the game winning TD?

I'm sorry but for him to joke about the refs like that and a play where they cost us a game, that's not right at all, this is one time I don't like Chad's antics and wish he would shut up.

I think you took his insult the wrong way... I think by telling Rice the only way he personally will score is by hiding behind the refs he was making a crack on Rice's height as he did in a previous "tweet?". Kind of like hey Rice the only reason you score is by physically hiding behind the ref, so that no one on the D will be able to see him and then he sneaks in the end zone. Not like hiding behind the refs as far as how the game is called, but that Rice being so short can actually hide right behind a referee, which considering that most NFL players make the refs look like little boys is a very sarcastic overstatement of Rice's size.

I really don't think the insult had anything to do with needing referee favoritism to win. It was a playful crack on Rice's size, which Rice himself seemed to find funny as he continued the playful sarcasm right back at Ocho. If Rice was at all offended I could see some fans maybe getting upset, but since Rice finds it funny and knows it's all just in good fun (and even sent a few shots right back at Chad) I think we as fans shouldn't over react and just realize these are two friendly, rival competitors who respect eachother having a little fun with eachother before it's time to get serious.

This is to all of the people who take it seriously when you read about things that chad says over twitter.. Listen, at the end of the day Football is entertainment and Chad is a showman. He's appreciating how lucky he is to play football for a living by just having fun, and making it more fun for the people who watch him- fans of his team or others alike.
Plus if we had beaten them at least once last year it would be a little easier to take the smack.

So, just relax and laugh because that's the guy's only intention..to get a few chuckles out of people and god bless him for it.

Yeah, I read this on his twitter the other day. I didn't take any of it seriously, but then again as I said before, I never take Chad seriously. As much as the man may annoy me at times, I cannot deny that he is (usually) very entertaining. We all know Chad and Ray Lewis are pals, and I'm sure Ray Rice is just as amused as the rest of us.

The tweets between him and Tracy Porter are hilarious. I like Chad myself and I don't take him too seriously when he opens his mouth but on the field he isn't one for people to sleep on. He has taken his antics a bit far here and there but as far as the smack talk between him and Rice it's all for fun.
