I might be wrong, but I'm gonna take a crack at this. I know its a wrestler, and I would definitely know who it was if I could see more of his face, but I do believe it is The Scottish Superstar, Drew McIntyre.

As for the best username, I voted Other because there may be some spectacular username from someone that has been gone for a while that I have not seen yet.
