Sanchez posted a 60 QB rating in his rookie year as opposed to Flacco's 80 in his rookie year.

Also, Sanchez had one of football's best O-lines, more than 1 receiver, and a #1 run game.

Not to mention the Jets shouldn't have even made it to the playoffs, considering how bad Indy would've beat them in the regular season if they just played. And the Bengals would've at least put up a fight, but instead basicly handed them a playoff berth.

And as for Bulger, that is simple. The FO themselves said they were in competition to sign Bulger (hence why they payed him so much) and Bulger now will not be hit, or have any responsibilities whatsoever, and very well may get a Super Bowl ring out of it.

You guys sound so paranoid. If anything, you guys have the experience factor over us.

Frankly, I don't know. The FO publicly stated it, however, and if we weren't I would be suprised that we gave him such a big contract in order to back up Flacco.

Back up QB is an investment. I am not surprised at all and Bulger is a very good #2 QB. However, he is not the football player that Sanchez is IMO. If you trust in your FO then perhaps you should give credit to the 31 other FO's who didn't think they needed his services. Like the Jets for instance. I mean, if he's better and all.
”There were plenty of teams that were interested in bringing him in, and we had to compete to bring him in here. He’s excited to be a Raven, he chose us, and he wanted to be a part of this team.
John Harbaugh said that regarding the Bulger signing. Unless he is just completely lieing, its pretty obvious that there weren't 31 FO's not interested.

Other teams wanted him, we just provided th most attractive option considering Bulger probably wants to be back on a winning team, with a line that can protect him, and have virtually no pressure on him.

We have enough talent on this defense to switch up the playbook on Rex Ryan. If we can beat them early enough in the season I don't see why we can't beat them later on in the playoffs. Jets don't look like a team that is going to miss the playoffs this coming year hell they might even make the AFC championship.
