Willis Macgahee Makes The Pro Bowl

This just in Willis has made the first Pro Bowl of his career after the injury that Tomlinson recieved during the playoffs. So he will finally get a reward for such an outstanding season this year, just wanted to see what everyone thought about this and how they think he will impact the team next season with the new OC in Cam Cameron.

McGahee deserves it, the only reason he was not in the pro bowl in the first place was because the ineptness of our offense, but with cam as our OC i think we will have an explosive offense for years to come and hopefully more of our offensive players will sport black and purple in the pro bowl for years to come.

Ogden was supposed to go but I think I read that he pulled out. If he does go then yeah we will have two offensive Ravens there. But thats not new Lewis, Ogden and Heap made it together one year, I believe.

I'm glad Willis finally made it. His stats were solid but another part that not a lot of people noticed was his amazing pass blocking. There were countless times when a blitzer came free only to get picked off by McGahee. He threw two amazing blocks during the MNF Steelers game and even got a concussion on one. Great player...

I'm happy about this, I hope he is healthy enough to play though. That sucks J.O. isn't playing, he should want his last game before retiring to be the Pro Bowl. (I'm assuming since he isn't going to the pro bowl he is definitely retiring)

awesome news for willis! i think next season he will get more touches in the passing game. i think cam will use him a lot in a LT type of way. last year ronnie brown was having a breakout year until he got hurt. i know cam was the head coach but still....i think willis is gonna be a monster (especially in fantasy football!!) in 08'

Very much deserving. This marks the year that the people open their eyes finally to see what mcgahee's really made of, so they'll keep more of an eye for him next season and get more votes, when people look at his solid numbers. I'm definately watching that game.

McGahee deserves this honor in a big way, because alot of those yards he gained were on personal effort alone. LeRon McClain deserves honorable mention here, but the O line was very inconsistent.

Way to go Willis, you deserve the honor!!!

absolutely, tomlinson is a great player no doubt, but with a better flowing offense, in sync and disciplined-mcgahee might have run away with the votes!
