Going right in the middle of the fairway or green is a lot different than going where there are a bunch of trees out of bounds... either way though, he's got to keep his name out of the news.

I agree with everything you said. Thing is, Ben got himself into this situation so normal rules don't apply. He's at legal risk for everything he does, and if it involves his nether-region (LOL) its even worse. He's got to be smarter. Still, this appears to be going too far.

Now if he was drunk, walking around with his junk out and peeing everywhere, then it is something to talk about, but this is just stupid. granted as I said in my opinion I feel she is doing it because of who he is.Not defending the things of the past but seriously I feel if it would have just been a random stranger the woman may not have pressed charges.Who knows maybe she is one of these people that have to call the police for everything,or maybe he gave her a good shot of it,I just feel because of who is is and known history she decided to press charges

I agree with you in somelight that maybe Ben has issues with his um "facilities".Im just not sure how it went down did he just go in the middle of the course or try and go off to the side,if he just whipped it out the woman has every right but if dude went over to a tree(which alot of us men do) then ,maybe she shoulda minded her own,but hey we weren't there oh well guess we will see how this pans out
