They did a big NO NO with DiBiase they basically recycled his daddy's gimmick. He can't grow on his own mimicking someone else.Dashing Cody Rhodes is going in a different direction then both his family members

Well you have to admit, Charlie Haas grew on his own somewhat when he started the mimicking of other superstars gimmick. I thought for sure Haas would have got the IC Title from Santino in that little push he got from just mimicking different Superstars. CHL was my favorite imitation.

Ok back to Ted, I must be in the minority here because I like Ted better than Cody. Yes Ted is using his father's gimmick but it's sort of working, yeah not much but just it's working where I could see Ted Sr coming back and being Ted's manager where it all goes full circle and Ted Jr turns on his father and gets out of his dad's gimmick. Like I said I could see Ted Jr facing Undertaker in Atlanta next year at Wrestlemania with his father in his corner and possibly if they really want to work it full circle, have Paul Bearer be in Taker's corner since Undertaker turned on Ted and joined with Bearer. I fully predict Ted Dibiase to win MITB this Sunday Night and for him to have the build up Edge had a few years back where Ted cashes it 10 months later, or probably sooner like 6-7 months but just enough of a proper build up for him to be legit.

oh no Jo don't get me wrong I like Teddy also I was just responding to Franny. As far as Taker goes Im not even 100% sure he makes it to Mania more and more grumblings about him wanting to wind down the career but who knows(as long as here's there wifey gets a push, and not just in her upper region)

This is random as all hell, but Matt Hardy's gut makes me feel somewhat better about my own. It's a little embarassing for a guy who has main event aspirations to be so out of shape...

He has no motivation what so ever, they were going to do something when he turned heel in 2009 when was feuding with his brother, but then he got injured and the rest is history. He asked a month or so ago if he should even be in the WWE anymore.

There are reports that Paul Heyman may be heading to TNA, despite remarks to the contrary that have been published lately. Heyman said that he refuses to go to TNA unless he gets full creative control, and Dixie Carter might be reluctant to hand over the keys after all that she's paid Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff to do in that same capacity.

I personally would love to see Heyman in TNA (though I'd much prefer to see him get full creative control over WWE's mega-roster), and I think that the move would be the saving grace of TNA. That said, however, if Dixie Carter keeps listening to Jeff Jarrett and his antiquated ideas, I'm worried that the company will go under even if Heyman turns things around. Though I blame much of their recent missteps on Hogan and Bischoff, Jarrett has to take some of the blame given that he's let his personal issues interfere with his booking and he had been running out of ideas before Hogan and Bischoff were even brought in.

Paul Heyman should stay as far away from TNA as he can, that company is a bomb waiting to go off and has no clear direction they want to go in. They want to be hardcore and edgy but they need to realize this is not 1997 a majority of fans from that era don't even watch wrestling.

The more I look at the Nexus, the more I realize that almost none of them will be decent solo stars; only Wade Barrett sticks out as the clear-cut, ready-for-primetime star. David Otunga attacking Yoshi Tatsu just now was weak (his mic skills aren't as good as people say they are), and Michael Tarver is merely average. Justin Gabriel could be a serviceable mid-carder but nothing more. The rest are a bit forgettable.

I still like the Nexus invasion angle, but most of these guys are destined to fail once the group dissolves.

I think this is the way the WWE is trying to give everyone a shot in that stable,Barret looks like he could be solid and Gabriel is another high flyer with the flashy moves the kids will like. Otunga is obviously there because he's married to Jennifer Hudson...

Yeah, Ted DiBiase is really showing me nothing special lately. His mic skills are mediocre and his ring work is pretty bland, IMO.

It's ironic that Cody Rhodes is turning out to be the better solo star of the two, despite DiBiase having been ahead of the curve when they were first paired together. Rhodees has been the complete antithesis of DiBiase (just as their fathers were), and it looks like history will repeat itself in this era where Rhodes will go on to have more in-ring success than DiBiase.

DiBiase looks very uncomfortable in the ring and needs another year of polishing before I can take him as a legit wrestler. The reason why Cody is better at this point is because he had a year more on the roster than DiBiase. What I don't understand is the WWE is thinking of making a stable with him as the leader called the Fortunate Sons with Curt Henning's son and DiBiase's brother.

I for one dislike the Nexus T-shirts, They'd be better if it was all black and just yellow letters.

Anyway something tells me Sheamus AND Cena will both be attacked at MiTB.

The Nexus shirts are bleh, Barret as the leader should have a white shirt with it on it at least.

MiTB is looking to be good and I might watch it this Sunday.

I've arrived to say this:

Orton's RKO on Bourne last night.... was freaking awesome!

That is all.

The timing of that was AMAZING. Granted, it was lower elevation on the cutter than Orton usually delivers, but that's amazing athleticism and timing on the part of both men. For Orton to have managed to get up just enough to connect in mid-air and then finish the move, especially for how tall he is and how low Bourne had gotten to the ground during the drop, that's amazing.

No hints last night, unless you count another instance of the lights flickering when the email chime came in.

Did you not catch the hint last night, they had Cole read another famous catch phrase by a Hall Of Famer but I'm not saying who because I'm not going to spoil it for FF but they did throw another hint of who it could be even though all these catch phrases are just to throw us off on who it really is. It wouldn't surprise me next week for them to use another catch phrase from another legend or Future Hall of Famer.

UD's got a SmackDown live event coming 9/24 (oddly enough, during the airing of Friday Night SmackDown taped the prior Tuesday), and I'm not sure if I wanna go. On the one hand, CM Punk, Christian, and Kofi Kingston should be great to watch in-person. Also, ringside seats are (tentatively) $61.50, which isn't too bad compared to the Wachovia Center in Philly and other venues. On the other hand, if all my favorite stars are on RAW, then I'm not sure if I wanna shell out the cash -- especially if I end up being anti-social and going by myself. I may, however, use this as an opportunity to bring my nephew to his first wrestling show and to see his favorite star, Rey Mysterio.

Hmm...
