You can add Brock to the list. The battle of the Paul Heyman Guys.. Lesnar vs Punk.

Nice picture. That crowd reaction reminded me why Wrestlemania needs to be put back into arenas again. One of the things they bring up in the True Story of Wrestlemania DVD is how in stadiums the noise will go into the air. That is what's missing from Wrestlemania since they started the open air stadium only rule. Imagine the Raw crowd at Wrestlemania, it would have made WM 29 seem more better.

I also understand about attendance records and wanting to put your big event in a place where you can fill a ton of seats but sometimes the less crowd the better, and most importantly arenas are better than open air stadiums. Hopefully they use that dome the Saints have to their full advantage to trap the noise inside.

Cowboys Stadium would be an awesome venue for WM

Report: WWE is confident Sting will finally sign with them. Word is Sting is again "interested" in joining WWE and has sent out "feelers" about joining them.

If Triple H is able to sign the one superstar Vince could never get signed to a WWE Contract, I'm going to be wishing Triple H took over more sooner. Persuading Bruno to accept a Hall of Fame induction is one thing but to ink Sting to a WWE contract is far more impressive than getting Bruno into the Hall.

What a debut by the Wyatt family and that was a pretty good Raw overall.

Wow.. already made him your profile picture lol. I'm just glad the Husky Harris chants went away.

Oh, forgot to tell y'all: I'm in the pro wrestling business now.

Been a backstage interviewer but then made my first appearance in front of a crowd this past weekend and turned heel. I wrestle my first match this September.

I've made my mind up, I'm going to do what it takes to get to the WWE. These crowds this year have made me want to do this. I want people cheering or booing me out of a building. I'm not going to actually wrestle but I'll at least be a manager, maybe a broadcaster.

P.S. My arms hurt for a while after Raw lol. I was chanting YES along with the crowd.

that would be awesome!  i've always like the "old-school" wrestlers like Sting better than some of these new cats on the scene now.

No Wyatt Family tonight?

Would love to see the Wyatt Family finally get Kane to "follow the buzzards" and attack Daniel Bryan in this final match.

Edit: We'll probably see the "new" Kane in his match with Daniel Bryan next week.

WWE False Advertised Big Show returning and instead had Alex Riley return.

That was a quite interesting Raw and if Vince/HHH/Stephanie don't do something to make their storyline more interesting, I'm going to lose interest in it quick if all they will do is tell Brad different things each and every single week.

I would just love to see that match, Franchise.  I really would.

Happy that Sinclair who owns Channel 45 in Baltimore, just bought WJLA 7 in Washington, DC. Maybe we will get Ring of Honor Wrestling on in DC.

I haven't watched Ring of Honor - I hope to see the show someday.

just saw them tonight on the recorded show from this past monday night.  they are nothing special imo.  can't wait for Kane to become Kane....the Devil's favorite demon again and deal with the leader of the "Deliverance" crew. lol!!

I am super excited for Summer Slam. Got my Daniel Bryan t-shirt in the mail today, and my goodness what a great promo by Cena and Bryan. I am even more excited for the WWE Championship match. Then of course there is the part where HHH's ego is sticking his big nose where it doesn't belong. Just like HHH did with Punk, he is doing the same with Bryan. HHH killed Punk's momentum in 2011 and it looks he is going to kill Bryan's.

Also Punk vs Lesnar should have had an old school stipulation of if Punk wins, he gets 5 minutes in the ring with Paul Heyman uninterrupted. For Punk being such an old school type, I was surprised they didn't add this considering how well this stipulation worked for many years.

Summer Slam was a great PPV, CM Punk and Lesnar had the match of the night while the long awaited heel turn by Orton happened. Looks like Evolution is coming back.

It's laughable that they allowed Sandow to win the MITB but they keep having him lose. They should have just gave it to Rhodes.

Dolph lost a lot of matches before cashing in as well.

True. Just not a fan of how they do it. They should build up their MITB winners. I'm not saying they don't still have time to do it, but Sandow has been looking pretty weak since winning it (and he already wasn't the potential star that Dolph was before he won the briefcase).

Hell In A Cell was your average PPV, Cena returned to win again, and thanks to WWE over pushing Cena he won his 14th World Championship, meaning he is two away from tying the great Ric Flair, which words can not sum up how stupid that sounds. That's more than Hogan, Rock, and Austin who were better wrestlers than Cena wishes he could be.

Orton beat Daniel Bryan after another screwy finish, but at least we have a champion. Shawn got knocked down, HHH immediately looked for help, in which saw HHH take a knee from Bryan followed by SWEET CHIN MUSIC on Bryan allowing Orton to leave HIAC your new WWE Champion.

On the plus side, Kane returned tonight.

So my buddy and I were sitting down talking about wrestling. We don't actively watch it but anyways, did anyone notice that up until the deaths of Eddie Gurerro and Benoit, wrestlers were jacked beyond belief?

I remember seeing Chris Jericho and Kurt Angle before that happened. Those guys had tons of muscle. I saw Jericho a couple of months back, dude had ZERO muscle tone and looks like he has no place doing anything athletic lol.

The question I have is, if those guys cut the juice after WWE came down hard on steroid abuse, are they "overlooking" use for their huge stars? Cena, Ryback for sure, Bautista a few years back as examples, to still maintain some larger than life superstars?

They definitely overlook some of the bigger stars, Batista being one example and Triple H also being a name that constantly floats in those rumors but is never confirmed.

Guys like Cena and Brock Lesnar have always been naturally that muscular. Cena was obsessed with bodybuilding since he was a kid, and his childhood photos show a natural progression to the body he has today. Lesnar grew up a farm boy and was the same case as Cena. Though that doesn't rule out steroid use, their childhood photos make it more likely that they're all-natural.

Ryback is iffy. I still suspect mild steroid use because of his hair loss and strange proportions, but some photos show that he was big in his early twenties.

Batista was almost a definite because of the shape he was in despite being nearly 40 when he debuted, and his drastic muscle loss once he transitioned to MMA. Also, he's suffered multiple muscle tears.

I am rather pleased with Big "E" Langston's face turn, is anyone else okay with this?

Big E has a lot of upside. For one, he's got actual wrestling ability to back up his frame -- the guy is freakishly athletic. I see him being everything Brock Lesnar could've been if he hadn't left for MMA, but as a babyface instead.

Also, it helps that he's got a good head on his shoulders. He's hilarious on Twitter and, from what I've heard, he's a nice guy to work with.

This is very good, Franchise, and now that Big "E" is the Intercontinental Champion, I am looking forward to every match he's involved in.  More is the fitting.

Big E is my sleeper to win the Rumble, I doubt it, but he is one of my sleepers. Even though Batsita, Sheamus, Reigns, Bryan or Punk are the most likely then Big E.
