Yeah, I loved that Melina is one of the few divas who have good in-ring skills. She's been gone for so long, I honestly thought we'd never see her back, heh. I honestly don't know who's entrance I like more: Melina's or Maryse's. :o

I'm just happy that the best female wrestler on Raw finally came back. With Maryse being a valet more than a wrestler at the moment, I can only take so much of Alicia and Eve's sub-par wrestling. Jillian is nothing great either (not to mention she completely ruined her face with plastic surgery). Even though Gail Kim can wrestle, WWE never let's her win a match, let alone a championship.

Can't wait to see Melina take that belt from Alicia.

I wonder if rumors are true and WWE are setting up a Morrison/Melina vs DiBiase/Maryse feud.

Those were the original plans, but that's likely scrapped because DiBiase isn't getting over.

- There is talk of having the Undertaker wrestle Kane at Night of Champions on September 19th and then a rematch at October’s Hell in a Cell pay-per-view. The Undertaker has been out of action for several weeks and is expected to appear at SummerSlam next weekend.

So maybe Taker returns at SS, but not to wrestle?

That sounds about right, Taker was suppose to be out until September anyhow, so a match between him and Kane at NOC and a rematch at Hell In A Cell makes sense. Now what I don't understand and I don't want to make any Taker fans upset, but besides his WM Streak, what does the Undertaker have left to prove anymore? I'm not saying he should retire but he takes off after WM every year, heals up comes back for the Summer through the next WM and takes off again. He has alot of injuries, I don't get why Vince just doesn't keep Taker sidelined for longer than SS as in he may miss a Wrestlemania but I think he just needs to heal up, take a year off, let his body get in shape, and gear up for 2 more years, go 20-0 at WM and retire.

At the rate of injuries he has had, I'm not sure if he'll make it to 20-0. Personally I think they should give Kane a proper title run, have him beat Mysterio at SS cleanly, go through NOC as champion and have Kane lose it to Punk/Swagger(more so of Punk since the SES is in dire need of a Push) at SSeries or TLC and Have Taker stay off SD heal up and come back for his WM 27 storyline with whomever(or in this case the person who attacked him) instead of giving him another title run when Punk needs it to help the SES and Swagger could get it back but only if he is going to have a run of 6 months or more and be a dominant champion.

As much as the storyline is leading towards another Undertaker and Kane match, I don't want it to happen. It's too, too obvious, and we've seen the match done to death. They have the chance to make Kane the red herring in this storyline and make the culprit someone else. Perhaps Triple H? That'd be something out of left-field, but it'd make sense if you were to throw in how he was angry that 'Taker retired his best friend. Also, it could go back to Triple H having never had his WrestleMania moment despite having a more accomplished career (similar reasoning for a Triple H-HBK non-wrestling feud if it were to happen) and it would give Triple H something to do after he takes care of Sheamus.

It'd turn Triple H back into the egomaniac of a heel he used to be, and it'd make him somewhat sympathetic if he were to turn face again.

You made me very upset HOW COULD YOU! just kidding

Taker has been kicking around the possibility to be finishing up his career soon.20-0?I don't think he will be around for that much longer, typically in the past WM-SS was the slow period so the bigger name stars would take that time for a light or no schedule at all,but this year to Takers defense he was going to work the Summer, but Botch Mysterio so fit to end that.

I think it's time for Taker to hang up the trench coat and keys to the motorcycle,he has nothing left to prove. He has a streak that will never be duplicated,he has his legacy. But from what I understand sometimes it's hard to walk away.

As for WM 27 the only way I would want this story to play out is if indeed they say Kane was the attacker, and maybe have Kane go over finally. He is 0-2 vs Taker at WM.Kinda like how Rock was 0-2 vs Austin then he finally got it.

That would so work, but the only problem is besides Shawn's retirement what other reason does HHH have to go after the Undertaker? Granted it has been 10 years since HHH has faced Undertaker at WM so maybe Triple H will want another crack at it but I would like to see Taker face someone new. Now another problem is that would mean Triple H would go to SD which would be good since SD is moving to a new network, but would Trips be interested in going to SD?

I have been wanting them to go a different direction as well, Kane vs Undertaker again is nice but we seen it, even if this time Kane is given a proper push and build up for this match. I wanted Nexus to be the ones who attacked Taker, but it seems WWE is content with keeping it a Raw problem. Triple H attacking Taker could swerve things a bit and move away from the obvious and shock everyone. Now let's see if Triple H comes back as a Heel could he be revealed as the leader of Nexus and worry about Taker on SD at the same time? I mean Trips could say him and Nexus attacked them together and that he had Justin Gabriel dress up as Mysterio where they attacked him from behind(where he didn't see who attacked him) and set Mysterio up where it looks like it's him to hide it.

Now of course we all know that with Kane saying Mysterio did it, they could keep it as Mysterio and pull a swerve over everyone by Mysterio saying he had help and reveals that him, CM Punk and the SES all attacked Undertaker, turning Mysterio Heel, finally joining the SES and giving the SES the push it deserves.

I read that they are planning a "Major Angle" for Raw this Monday to build up SS even more, heel turn possibly of Cena, Jericho/Edge get a team together to make it a huge 21 Man Elimination Match, Team WWE vs Nexus vs Edge/Jericho's team or Khali finally defects over to Nexus before SS and Cena loses another member.

Given that Triple H will probably need to take time to promote the movie he just finished wrapping, a move to SmackDown would make sense for his schedule. He would be able to do taped backstage segments on different days of the week, as well as do full TV tapings structured to fit his schedule; remember, they tape the show out-of-sequence at times.

Further motivation for Triple H to attack the Undertaker besides HBK's retirement and never having had a WrestleMania moment himself:

- Constant references to commentary referring to 'Taker as the conscience and face of WWE, when Triple H has more ties to the company

- Triple H not liking being upstaged on the WrestleMania card (inserting, perhaps, a shoot element to the angle)

- Triple H wanting to exert his power and show that even the most unstoppable of forces can be stopped

I still need to see a Cena heel turn to make SummerSlam and the next few months compelling. Even if the heel turn is half-hearted and Cena turns face again by the end of the calendar year, Cena needs a new edge to his gimmick and this would be the shot in the arm. He wouldn't even have to change his in-ring style or attire or entrance music, he just has to take the fans' emotions and turn them on their head.

Just one thing before we get back into the discussion... don't believe those dirt sheets. They're just wrestling versions of gossip mags.

WWE is getting a new logo.

It reminds me of the Hogan days.

That's probably photoshopped. Look at the USA Network logo in the corner (odd for concept art), as well as the low resolution of the logo compared to the USA Network logo. Additionally, someone could've easily taken the classic WWF logo and added that extra leg at the end to form an 'E'

True. But, at the same time, as with any media, the truth is always somewhere in-between two different accounts of the same story. So, chances are, there's a shred of truth in some of the rumor-mongering. For instance, Triple H probably isn't as big of a backstage egomaniac as he's made out to be in the sheets, but he probably does a little politicking given his marriage into the McMahon family.

From what I've read, the reason for the change is that the scratch logo "does not fit with the company's PG rating". However, all I could find was information off Wikipedia with no source, so take that for what it's worth. WWE.com has absolutely nothing about a logo change.

There's already a TV channel called WE -- Women's Entertainment. My sister-in-law loves it. She makes me wanna gouge my eyes out when she turns the channel to it. -_-

The problem is that god awful "E" right next to the W's. Regardless of whether there's two W's or not, glancing at it looks like like "WE". It's a horrible logo in my opinion.

In a way, the only way I'll be satisfied with Kane being revealed as the attacker is if he brings back the mask and goes into beast mode, basically just destroying everyone in his path. Promos done only on occasion (but to great effect) and just methodical attacks on random guys.

Otherwise, I'm disappointed in the predictable reveal, if that was truly it.

Can i get a recap of the last few months in the WWE?

Please and thank you..

To Summarize the last few months:

- Season 1 NXT Rookies formed a group called NEXUS, which is the big Raw Storyline for the Summer. They feel they have been treated wrong by management.

- Nexus has attacked everything and anyone, including the chairman Vince McMahon.

- At Summer Slam it's going to be Team WWE vs Nexus in a 7 on 7 Match. Team WWE will consist of Cena, Khali, John Morrison, R-Truth, Bret Hart. Edge and Jericho quit the team.

- Jack Swagger was one of the new stars made on SD, he lost the WHC to Rey Mysterio.

- Rey Mysterio lost the WHC to current holder Kane after Kane cashed in MITB(they made a separate PPV for MITB

- Undertaker was attacked during Memorial Day and is in a vegetate state, This is the big SD storyline. Kane is attacking anyone trying to figure out who attacked him. Kane has accused Rey Mysterio of attacking Undertaker.

- Sheamus is a 2 Time WWE Champion.

Anything I'm missing here guys? Hope this helps.

You forgot some stuff

-Rey Mysterio is at fault for injuring Undertaker

-oh and you forgot...The Miz won MiTB.

-Bret Hart was named as RAW GM and then was fired as GM be.

-Now there is a computer GM who is unknown.

Thats about it.

Also:

- Shawn Michaels retired in real life after wrestling The Undertaker at WrestleMania in a rematch of their encounter last year

- Triple H was written off television after a storyline injury caused by Sheamus, which was an excuse for Hunter to go film a movie; ironically, Triple H sustained a real injury during filming and is currently rehabbing

- The Legacy (Randy Orton, Ted DiBiase, and Cody Rhodes) disbanded; Orton has turned into a no-nonsense babyface (similar to Stone Cold Steve Austin), Ted DiBiase has taken on his father's Million Dollar Man gimmick, and Cody Rhodes has taken on a narcissistic gimmick as "Dashing" Cody Rhodes

- The Hart Dynasty got a big push by their association with Bret Hart upon Hart's return to WWE; Hart culminated his comeback with a poorly-worked match against Mr. McMahon at WrestleMania

- CM Punk has continued his heel Straightedge Society stable with more elements of his gimmick resembling Charles Manson

- The RAW guest host concept is slowly being deemphasized and phased out

- As part of WWE's youth movement, Drew McIntyre was annointed "The Chosen One" by Mr. McMahon on television and has received a moderate push in the midcard tier

I think Taker will be involved either during the match or after it,with the lights going off and then on and him choke slamming someone.
