We can block Ryan from signing with the skins anyway, he is still under contract, the only way he can leave is if he takes a HC job. He cant leave and become a DC somewhere else without Biscotti's approval, so essentially he signs with us or must pay a fine of sorts for breaking the contract. I am not too worried about the skins anyway. They don't have the talent we had to even let Rex run what he wants. He would be a disaster there.

But if Ryan had the choice of being DC of the Redskins or DC for us, then I think he just might lean towards the Ravens' side. just a thought.

According to The Sun Rex wants to stay in Baltimore, which is good news.

Hopefully he'll get the pay raise he's angling for (and IMO deserves) and we can get on with planning to kick butt on D once again in 08.

I hope he stays with us, and we have him in lock mode, sort of. we released him, not fired him. so we still can block him from contact frm the redskins.
