That sounds exciting Russian Linquist. So you still know any Russian or just the cuss words? lol. So what do you do now?

I'm fluent but my vocabulary isn't as large as a native speaker's, so I know all of the inappropriate words but can't talk about astrophysics or the like without using work-around phrases (not such a bad thing since even most Russians can't). I went to language school when I was 18, so I was goofy enough to make certain I learned all the curse words first.

One of our instructors jumped ship from the Russian Navy, and he taught us all about the Russian habit of hitting people with triple-decker curses. Basically, it's expected you call people as many things at once when you curse them. We thought it was pretty funny when he gave us several hundred examples.

I am a consultant now. I went to the University of Delaware after the Army then went on a whirlwind tour with Amazon.com establishing their worldwide distribution network (Seattle, Reno, Kentucky, Delaware, Japan). I hopped off the world tour to spend time with family, and now I consult for some large clients and spend a lot more time closer to home. I'm still waiting for someone to ask for consultants in Russia... everyone seems to be taking care of their needs in Western Russia from Germany though.

Beyond that, I just enjoy my time off between gigs and the Ravens, of course! :baltimore-ravens: It's awesome to see the females being into the game. I love the fact that the females sometimes see things the guys don't... and the look on the guys faces as they absorb the information while figuring out they just got schooled.

LOL! Don't think I know enough really to school anyone although I have told a Raider fan some facts here and there that he desperately needed to know about but in general that's kind of the mindset of most Raider fans lol. So does your wife like the Ravens and or sports/football too?

I am afforded a certain amount of latitude on football and she creates a 'currency exchange rate' depending on the 'current economic climate'. Football isn't really her thing, so we trade my football time for her choosing the concerts or the extra activities... It's actually quite fair, and she's smart enough to always negotiate after a win, because I'm happier and likely to concede more.
