Indiana if we happen to cross them in the playoffs

I'm sure we will lol. It's inevitable that we'll play them at least once this season. Which is bitter sweet, because nothing would feel better than a victory against the Colts on our way to SB.

Honestly, (coming from a die-hard Ravens Fan) the Steelers are actually the Ravens biggest threat. Roethlisburger is gone and sure that will be a big hit, but come on. Do you guys remember that game against Pitt. when Dennis Dixon started. I was pretty scared, he showed some potential. Im just saying even though I am pretty sure the Ravens will win the division this year I'm just saying don't disregard the Steelers for future years, their a tough team.

That game was the only time that I have prayed during a football game

It was said previously, our biggest threat will be ourselves.

Last season was a prime example of us beating ourselves on a number of occasions; call it lack of talent in certain positions, call it too many penalties, etc. Fact remains, we dug ourselves into holes we couldn't climb out of in regulation.

Do I see that same problem this season? Honestly, no. I look at our schedule this season and I can see us going 12-4 easily, and we can pick-up another two (14-2) just the same.

I'll give credit where credit is due, the Steelers (with or without Ben) could put a dent in our season (as always); so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and let them sweep the season series. Throw a split in there with Cincy, and a drop to the Saints. Which of those three teams I think we can beat, it's all about one in the same.

Come post-season, I would love nothing more than to go into Indianapolis (not M&T) and beat the Colts on their own turf in front of their fans, much like we did in New England earlier in the year.. but I'll settle for a "W" anywhere over the Colts.

Aside from those four teams, I honestly don't see who can hold a candle to us.

This is one of my pet peeves. We've struggled beating THE STEELERS AND THEIR AWESOME DEFENSE (not to mention the ref favorites((don't get me started))) for awhile, not Roethlisberger. Yeah he's big as **** and hard to take down, but let's face it, he's not any better than average. I believe you hate them as much as I do, and I still give them credit where credit is due, and none of that credit goes to Roethlisberger.

Yeah your wrong. Roethlisberger extends plays and helps the receivers get open because of what he can open up. He is a clutch player and lead a very good offense. Not only that, that team follows him. The team was willing to sacrifice Holmes and get rid of him, because he is expendable. The loss of Big Ben would have the franchise start back from almost the beginning. They would be a good team without him, but with him, they have 2 Super Bowls this decade and could get a few more. When I heard trade rumors that he was going to the Raiders for a little bit, I was interested to see that. With a pro bowl quarterback like that, I think Big Ben could make that a winning team. Just his leadership, is enough to make a huge impact on a team. When crap hits the fan, I trust the ball with Big Ben.

The biggest threat is the Bengals this year. We got the Steelers without Big Ben at Heinz field, so I think we should win that. Then we got them again back at M&T Bank when he comes back so I think we have a bit of an advantage against them. The Bengals defense will only get one more year of experience/better, and Palmer still has the Ravens number. Bengals will be tough to beat. If we split with them this year, I'll be so happy.

1. Jets week one, (possible AFC champ game) not only are we playing a good team but we never seem to do well on Monday nights? not sure why that is just the way it goes. Rex will be looking to prove we were wrong not letting be the HC and lots of momentum with new stadium ect. However we did shut Dallas down in the final game in their old home in 2008. It will be a defensive struggle very physical very intense game I can not wait!

2. Bengal's week II, our CBs and safeties need to be on point I think if our offense can perform like it should at least on paper we may be able to hang in a shoot out but it will hard, and we have never been a shoot out team.

3. New England week six oh ya I am sure the pats will be remembering 2009 play offs and will not let us have an easy game.

4. Pit week 13 like said before we have not beaten big Ben he will be back and I am sure both teams will be battling for a playoff spot and it is Pittsburg they always give us a hard time and last time we played I am sure the referees shirts were black and yellow not black and white.

5. Cin week 17 this will most likely be the game for the divisional champs if Cincinnati repeats last year good for it is in our house.

Looking at it I think if it is ever goig to be our year this is it Joe has the recivers Ray rice (nuff said) our D is soild as ever ( I would have liked a little assurence with the CB) But that said I think we have more than a deccent shot at the being Nr 1.

They will surprise everyone by continuing to suck.

Their stable of RBs aside, they have very little talent to work with.

Why are people saying we have not beaten Roethlisberger?

The Ravens have played Pittsburgh so many times since 2006 and lost with Ben taking snaps, it probably feels like they've never beaten him to some.

We will eat Big Ben up this year, one could make the argument that Ben had the tools in previous years to beat a team like us(a team that came with many blitzes) because if you can beat the blitz you can make plays which Roethlisberger has done. We are not that team anymore and we rely on our front line to stay consistent, I think he`s ours this year.

As for the topic our top threat would definitely be Mr. Ray Rice.

We only have one shot at it but I believe we'll punish him when we do.

Well both the Steelers and Bengals are legit threats this year and I wouldnt be suprised if 3 AFC North teams made the playoffs this year, but I'd give the edge to Cincy.

Pittsburg is dieing. They are good but their team is losing talent and getting older. They still have good players, like the young superstars Ben and Troy as well as Mendenhall, and some good veterans, but they aren't as good as they were 2 years ago.
They will find a way to get wins but in no way will be great. The only thing the Steelers have goin for them is a phenomenal backup QB for the games without been, Troy returning, and consistency(which the Bengals dont have).

The Bengals, on the other hand, are seemingly on the rise. If Palmer has a good season, they seem to have a great team on paper. Chad Johnson (I still refuse to call him Ochocinco) is a good #1, Antonio Bryant is another great receiver, and Coles should be a good number 3, not to mention Shipley and Gresham. If Benson performs, they will have a monster offense.

Their D is also beastly. Their LB's are solid, rising stars, not to mention the dynamic duo of Leon Hall and Johnathan Joseph as well as Pacman as a number 3, I personally think this group rivals, and can even be better than the Jets group depending on how Cromartie and Wilson perform. If they prove to be a consistent team, they will definitely be a huge threat for us.
