Old News Articles

7 posts in this topic

To Ravens blog creators,

Thanks for hosting your forum.
It's great to keep up with Ravens progress.

Perhaps the following topic's been covered before; not sure.

When I need to search for older articles which aren't on the homepage, I click on the 'More News' link (http://www.baltimoreravens.com/News/News.aspx?q=news). But it features very few of the articles that are published. An example is the Haloti Ngata article a few days ago...no way to find it (and to read any further comments from fans).

I could Google-search the article from memory, as I'm doing. But that seems like the long way 'round.

You can use the search feature to look for older articles, videos, and photos. It's on the top right of any page on BR.com.

Hey. Thanks for reply. I tried that several times and search results were far less than what's published. It's possible to test it by selecting an article today (say, on whole-part-whole coaching technique) and seeing if it turns up in a few weeks. Chances are it'll be lost.

You can also go in the News forum on this site and scroll back through. That isn't necessarily an efficient way to search, but I've found articles by doing that.

That's also what I've done. Try it out yourself. There was an article earlier this week about Haloti being a definite for training camp. And a Late for Work that focused on Ray Rice. Neither come up on review. It's a gremlin in the system. Thought you'd might like to know.

Is this the Late for Work you want? You might want to check your settings to change how you're viewing the index. I have the threads with the most recent posts show first (at the top). This one was about halfway down the first page.
