I'm very glad about this. He says he wants a long term deal, but says he respects that it won't come right away, and may be difficult to work out. Much respect to this Raven. :baltimore-ravens:

I don't think Dawan will get a long-term deal. He turns 28 at the end of the year and Zibikowski(who I'm sure can play SS) is 3 years younger.

I think this will be his last year personally, Z is about 15 pounds smaller than Landry but plays just as physical, but has more range in the secondary. Z is a great fit to be a SS IMO.

Agreed. If Zibby ends up playing FS(this year could very well be Ed's last too), next year's safety class is pretty loaded.

lol damn getting a head start early, I still remember getting Z in the third and being juiced, he was supposed to be a late 1 his junior year if he came out and somehow his senior year on a crappy team scouts said he was no longer a playmaker....

That's good our Strong Safety is big on board. He knows the system very well. I think this well be beneficial for the team next year.

It's never too early look at draft prospects. LOL!

Agreed about Zibby. I have a feeling one day, we'll look back and consider him one of the team's better steals ever.

This is great news! Always thought Landry is one of the better SS in the league. Glad to see he's made the commitment.

Hey Doc! Why did you cover your mouth with the Ravens flag in your picture? Are you missing teeth or something? HaHaHa, just kidding! I should be the one to laugh. If it was me in the picture, I would have to cover my whole face!!!
