How Do You Move Up In Ranks

13 posts in this topic

Right now I am listed as a new member, I know I just signed up, but do I move up from my # of posts or my time being here?

Rank is determined by the number of posts you have.

Practice Squad -- less than 50 posts
Rookie -- 50 posts
Veteran -- 250 posts
Pro Bowler -- 1000 posts
MVP -- 2500 posts
Hall of Famer -- 5000 posts

Once you hit Hall of Fame status at 5000 posts, you can edit your Member Title ("Rank") that is underneath your avatar.

Why is rank important to you? Its the internet.

We should make a section devoted to FAQ's on this site. This question has been brought up time and time again, and I've even had questions on the ranks as well. I understand that we have a section for Questions, but most people don't have the time/don't want to look back several pages to get an answer. The FAQ page would cut down on these posts, trust me.

I'll suggest renaming it (such as FAQs & Feedback)

Well, what I think you all should do is have a page on just questions and answers. Renaming this thread wouldn't help much, because like I mentioned earlier, the time to look through this stuff is just not there, nor is the desire. It would also make for a cleaner approach to the forum if we added all the common questions to one page, along with a 'pop-open' answer beneath it. You know, kinda like a business site.

Then again, I don't what the forum's capabilities with that kind of stuff is.

Well, there would be far fewer questions if people would just click on the "Help" link at the top. Many of the FAQs are addressed there.
