Shayne Graham Signed?

Folks:
I heard of Sirius radio this afternoon that the Ravens had signed Shayne Graham of the Cincinnati Bengals. If true, how does this impact Billy Cundiff's chances at retaining his spot as our kicker? Does this improve our offensive capabilities or did we sign another playoff choker? Discuss and educate...

Ed_Reed20 you may be right about him not having actually signed. I have since tried to verify the signing but in vain. I thought I may have heard Shayne Graham being signed briefly on Sirius or perhaps misinterpreted what I heard and it may have said close to being signed... but all indications are he is going to be a Raven.

Graham being the 4th most accurate kicker of all time and only 32 looks like he will sent Cundiff packing.
