Chicago gets pretty humid too.
I will say this about Chicago. I was there for a week one winter and it was the coldest I have ever felt in my life. I have spent more than a few winters in Minnisota and North Dakota, as well as ice fishing trips to Lake Simco Canada. That wind coming across the lakes is the most bitter harsh cold I have ever felt in my life.

So, enjoy :)

I LOVE the cold, and I love Chicago. The outside temperature won't matter much when I'm working 30 hours on, 8 hours off though and living at the hospital ; )

Come get a taste of Canadian cold and we'll see how much you LOVE it. Worst I've had to work in was -43 Celcius with a windchill that made it feel like -55, certainly nothing to love haha.

I'd rather deal with heat than humidity. 95/95 (heat & humidity) is much worse than 130/30. I lived on the southwest Texas plateau for a short time and it was so hot the polish would melt off your boots at 3am. That was nothing compared to time I spent in stagnant, swamp country. Humidity is horrible.

My sister inlaw thought the same thing when she moved to start residency in Chicago a couple years ago. Now they can't wait to get out because they say the cold just takes its toll on you.

We've been quite warm here in Clinton, as well, and I have to walk in it every day, as I try my best to stay active. However, I get the feeling we may be in for a scorcher this summer.

Really BLT it isn't that bad over here in Northwestern Ontario, we had a few rainy days that we're bad this past week, but other than that it's been around 75.

Ya man its been crap for weather out here, we get like two days of normal summer weather followed by 3-4 days of rain and overcast and about 50 degrees. Prairies are starting to piss me off, I can handle the winters as long as i get a normal summer but the last two years we havent gotten the summer.

No no no no fall yet. Fall's arrival would mean the start of football season :D but it would also mean that the end of my job is in sight.

Although I have a distinct feeling that, if I complain about the humidity, quite a few friends and family will pointedly remind me of what I kept saying over and over whilst in Cali last summer. *chuckle*

I remember visiting the Hoover Dam way down south in Vegas when I lived in Reno... it was 120 or so... That's too hot. I can't even imagine what the heck goes on in the Middle East, where friends have told me it gets to 130-140...

I'd be done.
